Ordered by phone. Went over order twice. Went to pick up cookie name was wrong. They changed it. But I find the cookies are made way thin for the price.

I ordered Spidey and his friends cookie cake and they even asked me if black icing was okay to use and I told them yes that’s what I want to be used and they used brown icing I guess cause some people can be picky about how it stains your teeth and one of the spider-man didn’t even look right I was very disappointed of how it looked I won’t be ordering again!!

These cookies are extremely thin compared to what they used to be. Yet the prices have increased along with that. I'm very disappointed in the cookie I received for $37 dollars. It seem under cooked as well. And by some of the other reviews on here this must be what's expected from this cookie company now . So sad considering we used to purchase these in the past and it was always a great experience. Definitely not the same anymore. Way over priced for such a poor product. My cookie was literally a tad thicker than a quarter......added comment..they respond to your review asking you to contact their customer service team. So I did. By the info they provided. I included all my info and no1 has responded to my request. At all. I'm pretty sure they only send a response to the Google reviews to make it seem like they care. But they don't care. Nor will they contact you. Horrible customer service resolutions. Pretty much none at all

Ordered a Cookie Cake and picked up yesterday for my husband's birthday. It was really thin and after cutting and eating some we realized it was still raw/undercooked. The chocolate chips was hard like they are coming out of the bag. I've ordered at least 2 a year for 25+ years. Highly disappointed especially after paying right at $43 for it.
