This steak escape is not what it once was. Rude workers, floors sticky and disgusting with trash thrown all in the floor. Ever since it’s been under new ownership it’s not been the same. Won’t be back.

The food is so bad. I tried having my food remade only to be disappointed again, and I thought it was the day I went or something but I don't think it's how its prepared- I think it's the quality of the food itself. 20$ for McDonald's quality steak and hate to say it but the nastiest fries- I wouldn't even compare these fries with a restaraunt as low quality as McDonald's.
Food was assembled poorly. Sauce all over outside of wife's wrap. Couldn't even pick it up without a mess. Other taste was good, service was friendly.
The line was very long however when we did receive our food it was delicious highly recommended for a steak sub
It was my first time here and wanting to give things a shot. I ordered my food and they made a mistake so I called and asked them if I could have it redone for me and the owner seemed understanding. Today I called them to have them redo my order and the owner left at 5 so I spoke to someone else. I could hear the assistant manager in the background disrespectful and not nice at all. So I said I’d come back the next day. Well I’m going to pass and hope no one gets treated with such disrespect. Im not going back again with the negative people who work in this environment. Learn to be nice to your customers or don’t work in the customer service field!
Greasy undercooked fries and a soggy ass sandwich...20$ well spent.

0 stars if I could to the owners and management. Employees are great but yall only staffing 2 people to run the whole place is ridiculous. They need paid more for that kind of work load and with the amount of business coming thru maybe consider bumping up that payroll budget so your customers can actually get waited on. Waited for 10 minutes and just left because they had a crowd waiting on food or to order at all.

Waited 30 minutes in line before we made it to the counter, why? It wasn’t because it was a lunch rush or that there was a long line of people in fact there was one person in front. The staff was so focused on the door dash orders coming in they forgot to look up at the people in front of them. After making it to the counter to order we waited another 10 minutes while they scrolled on the iPad looking at you guessed it more door dash orders. When they finally took our order we repeated no lettuce several times clearly but after opening our sandwich was swimming in lettuce. I understand the mall isn’t as busy as it used to be and doordash brings in a lot of revenue but if you can’t handle both in person and online line orders maybe in person ordering shouldn’t be an option anymore.

The food was poorly prepared and very poorly presented. It tasted terrible and looked nothing like the food shown on the menu board and very over priced. Even the drinks were awful. The food went into the garbage. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund. Apparently this was forwarded to the owner of that location. I didn't hear any thing in response to my request for a refund so I reached out to customer service again and was told the owner was "reviewing film". I spent almost $30.00 for food that was substandard. We left the restaurant queasy, hungry and totally ripped off.
