We came for lunch and were given a perfect burger, a perfect chicken sandwich and perfect waffle fries for a very reasonable price. I also must note that I had a difficult time choosing between the burger and their pizza. The pizza looked amazing. Overall, a wonderful lunch!

I have been coming to the Dukes since they opened and always got the Pork Chop, it was amazing. I saved my lunch today because I wanted a pork chop from here to find that they moved. I walk into the mall at the new location to learn they don't have the pork chop anymore and downsized the menu by more than half. I decided to order anyway because I was here and I ordered the Angry Duke. I thought it was supposed to have Ghost Pepper Cheese and other spicy stuff on it but what I received was a regular burger with Cheese and onions. Nothing spicy about it. I also got the combo because I wanted a Dr. Pepper and that was because the girl said I could get a Dr. Pepper. After I paid the Combo price and sat down, she came over to say we don't have Dr. Pepper and I went over to Steak escape and they didn't either. So needless to say, I paid for a Dr. Pepper and got a water. Water is free but not to me. She offered in replacement Tea or HiC and I can't stand Tea. I didn't want a HiC, I don't like coke or diet coke or Mello Yellow. She wouldn't refund, only gave me water because I didn't want anything but Dr. Pepper. $13 and some change for a burger and fries with a water, I guess that's her tip for conning me into the combo price when I obviously didn't get that. I won't be back. I should have followed my instinct and went somewhere else but I didn't. A price I won't pay again.

This used to be an actual restaurant in the same mall. Then they closed to become one of those mall kiosks that sell food. I was a bit worried about whether the food would be edible, but the hamburger and fries was excellent. They went from a menu that was maybe four pages to basically only hamburger and pizza, and the pizza only had two dried slices in a rotating table. Both employees were busy on their cell phones. With malls dieing around the county, there was not a lot of people inside. Their curb appeal is non-existent. When I asked about waffle fries (on a sign it said now serving waffle fries), the girl said that they should take that sign down because they don't have them. Personally I will probably not eat there again, but the burger and fries were good.

Me and some friends went to eat and super dukes today for dinner service was awesome and food was great couldn't ask for a better place very clean nice people working there and prices not bad for the portions

The food was horrible, the salad tasted like it was frozen and unthawed, the spaghetti was something straight out of a grocery store my burger was very uncooked couldn't even finish it. The waiter was very rude, over all a very bad experience for how much I ended up paying for it all
Had the Burger and sidewinder fries. Food was good and served hot and fresh with not a long wait. My waitress Alli was very good. The General Mgr. Tina came to check on my table also and brought a refill. Definitely a great experience and will be back again.

Mothers day! Family of four, I went with my mom dad and little brother.The food was amazing! I (16yo) did not want to come here to eat, but my mood quickly changed! I'm very specific, so I don't complain later. I got the kids meal chicken bites (plain, I don't like sauce lol), battered fries, and Mac and cheese. 10/10 for all the food! The Mac and cheese got cold but that was 1000% on me, I took a while to eat, portions are huge! Just $10 for my part, great price!The service was above and beyond!My baby brother is the pickiest man alive (13yo). His steak was "unerdone", it was not, he eats medium well but ordered a medium. That was his fault, but the staff gladly took it back added more seasoning (as he requested) and instead of just cooking it longer. THEY MADE HIM A FRESH STEAK! They took a $20 meal off the bill and made him a new one! The waitress checked on us very often! He didn't like it but that's on him. Great place! It's amazing!Kid-friendliness: Portions are great.

We eat out several times a week and try to eat local. We noticed Super Duke's oneday while at the mall. The restaurant is large for the mall but a little out dated on decor. We ordered breakfast and not one person at the table had a problem with the food or the sweet tea. Our server seemed nice but didn't check to see if drinks needed refilled until we were almost done eating. We FELT like we were being watched by BIG BROTHER because there's TONS of CAMERAS everywhere only 2-3 customers in the restaurant seated in the front but we were seated way in the back by the kitchen. Overall the food and drink were great the day we were there but can't justify spending around $60 for 2 adults and a child to eat breakfast at this restaurant.
