This place is outstanding! I've been driving for over 25 years and it's not often that I give this kind of review. The people are great with a nice southern country hospitality we all like. The shower rooms are good sized, and the showers themselves are clean, roomy and with a curtain. They are very inexpensive as well. The diner is great too. Great food that tastes like home cooked meal, also inexpensive with great specials. I had to have a hub replaced and the shop...
Glad to know there's still mom & pops truck stops still going...sad I had to travel 2,000 miles to find one. You will always find a parking spot at night, facility is old & could use renovations but food is excellent and at a reasonable price, the staff needs to smile more:-)
Lots of space to walk your dog (if you don't have a dog as a copilot, what are you doing?)
The restrooms aren't the cleanest, and it's an old building, but I like it...
