This my third time in the last month I have went and get my family some food every time they forgot about my sons kids meal
The ladies that are usually in here are as sweet as pie to me when I go in with my motorcycle group. There is one down there i wouldnt mind taking out one night but all I can afford is dairy Queen so that may be weird ??

I live in the area and every single time I go here something about my order is wrong. When I tried to call and complain I got hung up on. I will never be going back to this place until something changes.

Owner isn’t Children friendly.
I love DQ but I'll make a point to not stop at this one. The owner has a stick up his bum apparently over a mother doing visits with her child there. We do not shame anyone trying to get it together for their kids, especially if they're paying customers and the kids are behaved. Shame on you.
They are rude. They don’t want kids in there with their parents, even if your kids are well behaved. Oh and you have a time limit so I hope you’re used to eating like you’re in boot camp. Shove that ice cream in and get out!
I absolutely do not recommend…..after the disgusting behavior I seen from that snobby owner I will no longer be eating here or at the one in glen Daniel’s either…..there was a family support specialist that was there so the parent can do visits with the kids the kids were the most respectful kids I’ve seen in years to say the lease the parent even bought food but yet were kicked out for being a “distraction” to the other families…so why not kick out all the other families as well as long as food is bought and no one is raising Canes why kick them out and be so judgemental stuck up seriously the owner needs a reality check because this is honestly childish stuck up and uncalled for…
Review from my sister who does an amazing job A MUST READ ‼️‼️ Family Support Specialist. There is a lot behind that title. But most of all the meaning of helping people. It’s where my passion is. Bringing families together. You never know what life may throw at you and NEVER judge someone. But the next time you come across this Dairy Queen you should stop and ask the staff and the owner Jerry Thomas their thoughts on family. After conducting a very successful visit at this establishment I was approached by the owner who was not present at the time so was obviously called there by his staff. He asked if I just did a visit there. I answered yes. He said “we don’t do that here.” I was shocked, confused. I replied with isn’t this a public establishment? “Yes” he says but we still don’t allow that here. Why I asked. We have had issues in the past and don’t allow that here.” He asked if I was from Mingo County and who I worked for. I’m not the first person he has told this to! He said that his staff said we were there for over two hours. No we were not. Not even an hour and a half. He said, “It’s a distraction to families that come in here to eat.” He said a distraction!! How?? If kids are up running around and stuff. I said these children are very well behaved. He said well if I allow it for one I would have to for all. I asked if a FAMILY came in here and sat and ate for an hour and a half would he ask them to leave? “No not necessarily.” What’s the difference I asked. This mother came in here and spent money, I spent money. How heartbreaking! I told him. I said the reason I do this job is to build a bond back with these families. All he could say was I understand. Obviously he did not. He went to say something else and again I told him that was very heartbreaking, have a great night and walked away. The family ate, colored, played a board game and we went next door to Family Dollar so the kids could pick out a toy. And where this man watched for us to come out so he could tell me WE DON’T DO THAT HERE. I hope he didn’t sleep last night.
Jerry Thomas could be more compassionate and the environment needs to be family friendly. Bonding and making memories is what we want for kids and families.. apparently Jerry and staff don't care.

I usually get a strawberry banana or strawberry milkshake on the way through town when i am out. I rated the food five stars because this is what i get a majority of the time. Its not hard to mess up. And it's friggin. Delecious.. anything grilled that I have ordered i have to check because with my luck I'm missing another part of my order. Or they put the wrong condiments on my sandwich. I cant give them to much of a hard time. The ladies there work as fast as they can to make sure everyone's orders are made and out the window. If you've been there through rush hour then you know what I'm talking about..so, be kind. Fast food service is not easy. Plus you get more with sugar. Metaphorically
