Since the new owners have bought mountaineer the place is going extremely downhill. they don't pay out they don't give perks for the members like they used to at all and the offer of two consecutive complementary nights in the hotel are crock. My husband and I booked the two comped rooms two different times one of which being our daughter's 21st birthday and both times we were told after the fact on the morning of the second day that we were not allowed to stay the second day...read full review
All I can say is when you makes reservations Be SURE to have them read their notes special requests etc back to you and check on reservation often. I got burnt during Fall Bash
Avoid. Make the drive to the next casino.
