Don’t recommend the bar- nobody practices washing their hands. Cherri wipes her hands on dirty rags, licks her fingers, then sticks her hands in the fruit that goes in your drinks. Very biased. Management doesn’t care about the employees. Was a bartender there and personally saw how dirty the place was. Bats in liquor bottles, and the cups behind the liquor guns along with being told to “filter out” nats in one of the bottles. Management loves to make false reports & lie on employees, they’ll bash you for how much you make an hour but excuse employees having sex in restrooms or getting drunk and falling asleep while on the clock. HR doesn’t care about employees just about the title that comes with the job description. Every employee sits and talks trash on management. Management calls employees ignorant names gossiping about eachother. Very childish atmosphere. There’s been multiple reports of bugs in hotel rooms, and them not being cleaned properly & when even mentioning sanitary standards to the “bosses,” they don’t care because they pay off fines from health dept to continue operating. There was mold in the soda guns in the service bar - and who knows for how long until I scrubbed them and sanitized everything. And only cleaning supplies I was told to use behind the bar by the careless “mentor” was a warm rag. 1 rag. That was used on everything including wiping her hands off with after handling multiple things including bacon she hid in the closet to eat. Still never washed her hands. They can degrade you and be ignorant / with zero repercussions if they’ve been there long enough.
The only reason I’m recommending this place is because the slim staff that does work here busts their butts. We have been coming here for ALONG time. And have continually watched the atmosphere and food and offers decline time and time again. Don’t come here and stay during the week because ur only breakfast option is a continental of a bagel, sausage biscuits and ur basic hotel amenities. It’s a holiday weekend and was pretty busy last night and noooo sit down breakfast. I wouldn’t say this is a personnel problem I would say this is a corporate problem. Not to mention the entire hotel had no hot water last night. Super bummer Pay ur people an appropriate wage and figure out ur staffing. Or give the operations back to #CaesarsEntertainment since you operate and do not own.
customer service. sent last night in the lodge. Heater not working. maintenance was not able to fix. They offered a room on the top floor. we are both 70 years old. I use a scooter and not able to take the stairs. have experienced being there when the fire alarm went off and we had to walk down. so we stayed without heat and around 40 degrees outside. was not pleasant. Also questionable cleaning. attempt to make hot tea . the coffee pot did ñot work and had a used coffee bag in it. No One offered more blankets, heaters, etc. This was a comp room but that should not have anything to do with it. So beware if you go there.
WI had a very delicious dinner both nights. The steaks were very tasty and perfectly done. Our server, Jared, was so thoughtful and very thorough. He's an expert waiter and he made our evening so fun and relaxing. Just perfect!
The food was outstanding, the service very good, only problem we had was the table location. This was a party of 3 for a birthday and we were seated by the bar and the front entrance. The ambience wasn't there. A lot of commotion going by us. Made a reservation ahead and wasn't busy. Would have been nice to have had a more secluded table. Or if the hostess had asked.
Worst casino in the U.S. I have been there dozens of times. Couldn’t win 10 dollars if you came in with 10k. Horrible service, no poker room. I’d be delighted if the place was closed down for good. In 12 visits to have no wins. That’s not entertainment, that’s a scam. It’s been 6 months since my recent visit, I will never return. Tell your friends, I know I’m telling mine..
Machines are so tight don’t waste your time here. $2 bets on slot and winning .2 cents. There are only 3 sit down restaurants and you can’t even get a reservation for the steakhouse. The other two restaurants have the exact same menu. Food is mediocre and service is sooo slow when the restaurant is dead. Needs major upgrades as it went down hill over the last few years.
Service was really slow. It took almost 10 minutes for the waiter to even approach to get us a drink. The pecan bourbon chicken was really weird and the texture of the chicken was not great.
Food was fantastic and service was right on point. We sat outside which was aa little noisy but they had a great piano player to drown out the people in line to check in and you could also hear the fountains in middle. We had the steak which was done perfect and came with one side. My wife is vegetarian so they made her a pasta dish not on the menu. Didnt have room for desert but maby next time.
First of all, our waiter was truly a gem. Very accommodating, polite, personable. When the wine I was looking for was not available, I ordered a completely different drink. He advised me that it was made different than it is traditionally prepared, and offered for me to just try it. If I didn't like it I could get something else. The drink was delicious. The appetizer (stuffed peppers) were good. French onion soup was good. However the strip steaks had very little flavor, and the fries were mediocre. The cream brûlée was very good though! It was our first time dining here, and I would give it another try but just pick different entrees. I also want to complement the other staff we encountered, everyone was extremely kind.

Waited in line at Registration for 1 hr, 45 minutes. NO explanation from front desk about computers down to the long line of people behind us. NO general manager ever cared to show up. NO kind apologies or even a bottle of water. So not smart in anyway - could have turned it into revenue if they sent people to the casino or restaurant.
My wife and I love coming to the Lbv restaurant we always go on a Saturday whe we are there once a month the food is excellent and everyone that works there are the greatest will be back to Lbv the first week of august
Vicki, our server was outstanding! We got in a few minutes before our reservation and had the best table and service! The food was amazing and everything came out perfectly timed and exactly how we wanted it. It was perfect! ?
Our Server, Megan, was fantabulous!!! I ordered the Veal Scallopini in Samtibucca sauce & my wife ordered an a la carte lobster tail w/mashed potatoes and shrimp. Lobster tails were a bit salty but the Veal was prepared par excellent. Potatoes were a bit dry! Ambiance was fabulous too!! Price was right!!
LBV never disappoints! Did a short overnight at the Casino for some gambling and dinner for a big 62nd birthday and had their mussels, warm spinach salad and the LBV signature steak and everything was prepared well, timely and tasted delicious. The mussels were exceptional cooked in a garlic butter - yummy! We were soaking our bread in the sauce it was that good. The spinach salad was a great alternative to our standard caesar we typically get and the steak was not grissly and cooked to it's desired medium rare preference. The waitress brought two extra plates so that we could pull it off if needed as the steak continues to cook on the hot lava stone that it is served on. Always look forward to going to this restaurant!
