Nothing I've ever had at this restaurant has ever been good. The chicken tenders are mechanically separated frozen chicken tenders the size of an actual child's finger. The Mac and cheese is literally just noodles covered in generic government cheese with absolutely no flavor. Sprinkling a little bit of parsley and dill on top of your government cheese Mac and cheese does not make it gourmet. The pizzas are coated in a thick layer of grease, and have no sauce on them. The pepperoni rolls drip grease like a leaky faucet. This is easily the worst I have ever eaten. Never again.

The old Francos was good. Enjoyed it for all the time it was there, but since John took over we have really enjoyed the specials and new items he has tried. Keep up the great work. Hope you guys keep it going!

They changed the sauce or something. Not as good as the old days. That was square cut. Didn't try round under new owners. Dough was good though.

Use to love eating here... got it today and the jojos were lacking flavor, steak tasted bad, and round pizza didn't do it for me either... the Italian hoagie was good, it saved them from 2 stars

I know y’all just opened back up but I went and spent $38 on food from there yesterday and I got two salads that had someone’s hairs all in it so I had to throw it away. Guess if you order from there better check ur food before you eat it but I love the food it’s good just can’t eat anything with hair in it.

Food was good but not excellent. Service was decent. Annoying and inconvenient that only cash was accepted; never debit cards--very old-fashioned, outdated, and a definite eyeroll of a nuisance?. The sign in front of Franco's states that they are now closed (as of May 2022), after 17 years...hope another sandwich & pizza shop ✨OR✨even better...a donut, bagel & coffee shop☕☕☕ is opened in this same location. No doubt it would thrive and do quite well?????
