I wanted to tell you how much I absolutely LOVE Arby's in New Martinsville West Virginia I stop here every time I'm in town (And I live all the way in Powhatan Point, Ohio). While others choose to stop at a drive thru like Burger King or McDonald's, This guy would rather go to Arby's. Now don't get me wrong I like a burger here and there. But NOTHING hits the spot like a heaping mound of thinly sliced roast beef, creamy cheddar cheese and Arby's sauce between a golden toasted bun with chunks of crispy onions on top, throw in some well seasoned curly fries and it's MIND BLOWING GOODNESS... It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. And don't even get me starts on the awesomeness of the French Dip. I could drink the Au Jus sauce straight out of the bowl. You can't get a bad samich from Arby's. They really do have the meats.

Fry warmer been broken for months or just not In use. I'm done getting cold hard fries that have just been sitting there. This happened twice in a row. Waited a couple months and went back yesterday, I stepped in line and looked over and durecenough old cold fries in the basket n the warmer was off. Myself and another customer just stood there . The place was empty, nobody waited on us, I left, but woulda left anyway. I've Aldo noticed there's no long lines here anymore , Enjoy filing bankruptcy.

I told the guy taking my order I wanted 2 roast beef sandwiches and 3 of the steak burger and I got 2 roast beef and 1 steak burger and I was charged the second time when I should not been I am on vacation and I won't be back

I didn't catch the employees name but he was the most polite fast food employee I've encountered in a very long time. He took our order and was cleaning the dining area away from where we were seated but made sure to stop by our table to ask if everything was okay . So definitely 5 star on service and atmosphere my granddaughters nuggets were a bit hard and my husband and I both noticed our sandwiches were a bit skimpy on the meat which is reason for lower rating on food.

This place is a joke anymore. They send out half raw food you call to complain to the manager Robby about the new sandwich which is a cheesy bacon burger on being half raw inside. He said they come from corporate office & we are only supposed to cook them for 1 min & 45 seconds so they are gonna come out pink no where does it say that their burger is coming out half raw or I would've asked for well done. He was not very professional then ordered Mac & Cheese bites well they were burnt again Robby gave an excuse well some don't come with a lot of batter but we gotta cook them through. Not once did he try to make it right whatsoever. The only manager that is any good there is Tabby. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves not warning the customers about how your burger comes out the general public has a right to know these things before they waste their hard earned money. Robby didn't even try to make it right shame on you never again.
