I wanted to tell you how much I absolutely LOVE Arby's in New Martinsville West Virginia I stop here every time I'm in town (And I live all the way in Powhatan Point, Ohio). While others choose to stop at a drive thru like Burger King or McDonald's, This guy would rather go to Arby's. Now don't get me wrong I like a burger here and there. But NOTHING hits the spot like a heaping mound of thinly sliced roast beef, creamy cheddar cheese and Arby's sauce...
I didn't catch the employees name but he was the most polite fast food employee I've encountered in a very long time. He took our order and was cleaning the dining area away from where we were seated but made sure to stop by our table to ask if everything was okay . So definitely 5 star on service and atmosphere my granddaughters nuggets were a bit hard and my husband and I both noticed our sandwiches were a bit skimpy on the meat which is reason for lower rating on...
The cashier with the long hair, was absolutely fantastic. He was Polite, professional and friendly. Sandwiches were put together to resemble sandwiches. Extremely pleased with the visit and the quality of my food. Thanks!
