Food was wrong, drinks was wrong. Fries were cold Hang on, didn't have half of my order. It was all mixed up cheese called cheese tots cold. not worth the price for it all to be wrong also the number listed isn't even right

Been here 100x cause i like burger king and its the only one for 50 miles, but just cant do it anymore. It's NOT YOUR WAY at this burger King. Dont even try to custom the ingredients cause they can't accomplish it even if you go in to order. They always have you pull up in the drive thru no matter what, it's stupid and the only fast food place that does it.

Well, to start I had the new maple bourbon whopper and 8 piece chicken fries and asked for barbecue sauce for the chicken fries. When my order came up, guess what no barbecue sauce so I asked for my sauce and 1 extra because it was an 8 piece she said we have to charge for the extra which 1 pack is not enough for an 8 piece. Then to top it off the sandwich was nothing like the picture shown. It was smashed flat and barely anything on it. So disappointed I'll never go back to this particular BK. IF I COULD GIVE A 0 RATING I WOULD

Horrible experience. The two morning ladies could not get my simple sandwich right after 3 tries on giving it to me. Couldn't understand to keep the sandwich the same but just add bacon and Canadian bacon. No apology offered and acted as if it was my fault because I didn't tell them some code word they use to define the sandwich having everything on it. Never again will I spend a dime at the New Martinsville Bk again!

Just received 2 meals from drive thru. Sandwiches were sloppily wrapped, all spilled out in bottom of bag. All food was cold. French fries cold, the sandwiches were cold. Horrible!!! Sloppy workers!!
