Don’t go here during breakfast. Ever. Even when it’s not busy, they forget stuff, hotcakes are oftentimes cold/crusty on the edges. I go inside to ask for what they forgot, don’t even get a “sorry about that” or “have a good day” Mind you, they forget something every single time I go there The other day I ordered two spicy snack wraps and they gave me ranch. I didn’t even bother to go in and ask for new ones at that point. They don’t even have the decency to wipe off the frappe/drizzle dripping down the cup before they give it out.

There was an app errror and they refused to serve us and without permission re brought the order and it messed up as well and then refused to give our money back so we ended up losing $30 and points along with one of our deals.
