I went up to the counter to order and the associates were sitting in the back playing on their phones. They were not cleaning. They were not prepping. Just playing on their phones. I was totally ignored for a while until I could get their attention. A boy named Brandon finally responded. I also noticed the place is filthy. Why sit on your phones in the back when your prep area is gross and the area you get drinks at is gross. This place has went downhill since the current management took it over. I did get a pic of where the drinks are but didn’t get to take pics of the rest. Brandon also did not give me my receipt or a bag.

Walked in at 8:30 to get a sub and I was told that they were closed, I asked what time they closed and I was told “well we do actually close at 9 but our kitchen shuts off at 8:30”. What’s the point of being open for 30 minutes after you stop making food? I think the worker just denied me service because they didn’t feel like making it because I’ve had a sub past 8:30 at the same place before

They tell me they ain't hiring but they hired someone and I got told they ain't hiring the boss is putting hiring on hold because they are slow its sad I get lied to.??????????????????????????????????they hire who they want to hire.verry rude and disrespectful.????????????????????

Rediculous prices for a sandwich, paid almost 30 dollars for 2 regular foot long subs and 2 cookies last night. Pretty disgusting how big corporations are gouging customers.

The employee put on the wrong veggies after clearly stating them and it was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever seen made. I used to work at a subway a long time ago, but I know they don’t change their procedures that fast. The sauce was on top of the veggies when it needs to go on the bottom because now the whole thing was covered in sauce and non of the veggies stayed in the sandwich. I should’ve gotten a bowl because that’s what it turned into. She also proceeded to make my sandwich with one glove.

I had an absolutely wonderful visit, the young ladies working at this subway made my visit perfect, they had the tuna subs I was wanting, everything was clean and the veggies and sub delicacies were all fresh!! I definitely will be visiting this Subway which is inside Walmart in New Martinsville WV. Thank you young ladies for a great visit!

Was stunned at how much prices are up!! Remember $5 footlong? They now are $10-12. I paid $8 for kids meal - a 3 inch slider a cookie and small drink. Terrible value. I didn't even eat, instead after feeding a kid, I went to arbys. I used to think arbys was expensive until this visit. Definitely my last.

This used to be my favorite Subway. The last time I went there however, it was lousy. Hard crusty burnt bread and they were out of everything but wheat.
