My sub was DELICIOUS! I ordered through mobile app. Minutes later it was ready for pickup. The staff was nice, restaurant was clean, and my sub was amazingly well prepared and neat. It was wrapped up nicely without a bunch sauce all over it. In fact, while eating it, I didn't get a single drop on my shirt, lol. Great job as usual!
90 % of the time the staff is amazing food is great and the service is quick but on days like today when a certain person is working it's completely crazy she doesn't help her fellow Co worker and spends more time sitting at a table with her son who has his personal stuff strung all over or she is yelling at him as he runs around the store. So all in all the store as a hole is great but if the worker with the tattoo on her neck is there expect a kid sitting in the restaurant...
The young staff is trained well, they have been versed in proper customer service decorum and interaction. Otherwise (& this is a good thing) they make a sub the way Subway should be made. Lastly the restrooms are serviced well & CLEAN! Keep up the great work.
