The crust had a few thin spots like it was pushed to harshly while loading Grease fell out the bottom of the crust while I was eating it. Hot product, great tasye6, delivered when promised. Just pay more attention when prepping you pizza crusts. I will be back@

Love Ohio valley pizza best COLD pizza ever! If you want hot pizza ,then this is not your place. It's supposed to be cold toppings. Crunchy crust flavorful sauce with cold toppings ! So good!!!

Pizza is my favorite food so I felt I needed to try this place. It came cold. The crust was perfectly crispy. I didn't really care for the sauce. All in all, it reminded me of eating a lunchable pizza.

But they never answer their phone so you can place an order unless you call early in the day and they're never open the hour that they say they're supposed to be For example if they're supposed to close at 9:00 p.m. guaranteed 8:00 8:15 p.m. their lights are out and their doors are clocked and they stopped answering the phone an hour to an hour and a half beforehand so that you can't make Even if you pull up and are trying to go in for order during the time that they're supposed to be open they will turn off the lights lock the doors and walk right past it If it wasn't for that I'd give them FIVE Stars Plus but because of that I can only give them a t TWO Star...

this pizza used to be close to the original Orlando's but what I got yesterday was more like it was made back in that time. reheated and tough, chewy cheese and flat warm soda.

Have been getting pizza on and off for a year but today, it was aweful! The crust was so thin have never seen anything like it. Hardly any cheese and wasn't even browned on bottom. So disgusting! I had bragged for so long to so many people about how good it WAS! Never Again! Just Aweful!! Don't waste your money!

Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza came with no cheese, called and got an attitude “thats how I ordered it” won’t bother to fix it or anything. Horrible horrible customer service! Lost a customer and won’t recommend this business to anyone!
We were on our way home to Pennsylvania from mountaineer. Wanted to Try something new. Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza and a tray of half pepperoni. Get it home it's a plain white pizza a tray of all pepperoni. So both pizzas were wrong. I call them and they say sorry unless u come back now there's nothing they can do. I'm home changed and 40 minutes away. Going back isn't a option but they didn't care and would do nothing to make it right. Very disappointed in there customer service.

Honestly, I have moved back from Florida after 11 years and my mouth. Actually my teeth watered for Dicarlo’s Pizza, but now Ohio Valley Pizza, which is part of that fantastic wonderful pizza, you made me happy. I will never ever order any pizza but yours because it’s perfect. Damn I’m so excited I’ve hated pizza for 11 years now I’m home.
