Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza came with no cheese, called and got an attitude “thats how I ordered it” won’t bother to fix it or anything. Horrible horrible customer service! Lost a customer and won’t recommend this business to anyone!

We were on our way home to Pennsylvania from mountaineer. Wanted to Try something new. Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza and a tray of half pepperoni. Get it home it's a plain white pizza a tray of all pepperoni. So both pizzas were wrong. I call them and they say sorry unless u come back now there's nothing they can do. I'm home changed and 40 minutes away. Going back isn't a option but they didn't care and would do nothing to make it right. Very disappointed in there customer service.

Great place ran by great people! Very friendly and reasonably priced! The only complaint I have is the quality of the pizza is inconsistent its never terrible but will be amazing one time and ok the next like today for instance the crust was just way too hard it was a bit difficult to chew it and the sauce was too heavy running off the pizza with every bite still tasty just not up to par with what they're capable of producing!Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

Great crew and a delicious pizza. A nice crispy crust.Becareful if not from the Ohio Valley area. The cheese is added cold after the pizza is cooked. No problem, the cheese will be cooked upon request.

I Discovered this Pizza after Going to Newell Wva from Salem Ohio to Discover Di Carlo's was once again Out of Buisness in Newell Very disappointed but Local's Told Me it was as Good or Better & they were so Right now I make Many Trip's now to Newell well worth the extra Miles to get Top notch Pizza

The pizza was undercooked. Too much crust and the crust was doughy. Threw it in the trash. Never again. Going to Bruno's pizza in Chester Wv for real square pizza.
