Always great

My husband and myself stopped here to eat and get gas. We were hungry and thought arbys would be a great place to go. We were wrong. The roast beef for the sandwiches were so thick that it didn't even taste right. The fries were cold. The person at the register was sooo rude.

Very slow service, also they didn't have cheese sauce. Didn't order I stood in line for about 6 minutes with two people in front of me and decided to leave.

Slow service despite the slow business hours. Food arrived as expected. Located in a convenient spot with plenty of parking. Overall no major complaints.

Called days ahead to notify them of a 55 passenger bus stopping there traveling north and again south. Neither time was the restaurant staffed appropriately only having 3 and then 2 workers. The drink machine was broken. The workers didn't act as if they wanted to serve us or if they even wanted us there. Very poor service. Do not stop there.

The last time I was at this location was in June. The staff working at that time was beyond amazing. My son has Celiac disease and cannot have gluten. They went above and beyond making sure the meat that was ordered was fresh cut, changed of gloves and packaged separately to the rest of the order. We specifically do not do dining out often due to the lack of professionalism and understanding that we usually encounter. This however was refreshing to come across.

Walked in 7:05 and and was told the were closed. Supposed to be open at 7 am. An employee told him he couldn't open until his BOSS arrive. Unprofessional for a BOSS to show up late to work. Please understand us truck drivers don't have time to stop and every single truck stop. You should open on-time

Walked in a few minutes before 11pm on Monday 4/15 and noticed the chairs were up. I approached the counter and asked the guy by the sandwich station if they were still taking orders. He looked at me and without saying a word he disappeared into the back of the restaurant out of sight. Very disappointing.
