Never had genos before went in and was talking to the guy behind the register.I think his name was joe or joey.Oh, my god, it was great.I ordered the philly because I didn't know what to order.But he told me about the pub witch, and i'm telling you what phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal.I took mine and dipped it in some ranch.It was so good

I had to wait about 20 min after I got there for them to put out pizza on the buffet, and then when they brought out pizza, they only brought out 2. So with a room full of hungry people the 2 pizzas didn't last long... next round of pizza was only like 1 or 2 as well. Side note..... the salad bar was great 👍. The waiter guy I wish I could remember his name was funny and really great at doing his job and was apologetic about the lack of pizza 🍕. So that's why I gave service a 4 star and the food only a 1 star... I have been there several times in the past to eat the buffet, but I dont think I'll come back again.

This was disgusting. We sat at our table and roaches were crawling on everything. My husband and I got up and left without even eating. It was so bad I didn't even want my money back. I just had to leave before I lost it. Bugs crawling in the dinning room. I'd hate to see the kitchen were the food is handled. We will not be back nor will we recommend this pest infested place. The health department needs to come check them out. That's my only recommendation. I rated it a 1 star for purpose of letting people know how disgusting it was. My plate was greasy, food laying on floor. Service was quick but still only sub-par. 🤢

This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and sadly, it started the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself was dirty, the staff never welcomed us, and the overall atmosphere made us feel like we weren’t wanted there.
We ordered 10 wings (they come in orders of 5 flats, 5 drumsticks). I don’t eat drumsticks, and they charge additional to order listeners cause it breaks up their orders, They managed to mess up the order, and when we asked about it, the staff was rude instead of fixing it politely. They agreed to make the 5 flats I should have gotten, but it took over 20 minutes. The waitress came out and apologized several times while we were waiting on my wings. By the time the wings came out, our poor waitress (the ONLY good part of this visit) had to tell us the head cook demanded 5 drumsticks back from our table — food that had already been sitting with us. That was just bizarre and unprofessional.
We also ordered pubwiches, which were honestly awful. The “sandwich” was mostly bread, with one thin layer of meat, wilted lettuce, no fresh tomato, and the pineapple I requested was left off entirely. Hands down the worst pubwiches we’ve ever had.
On top of that, this wasn’t even our first bad experience. Just two weeks ago, I came with my sister and was overcharged by $5. I suspected they added a tip automatically, ( we picked up in drive thru) but without the receipt, I couldn’t prove it.
Between the dirty store, unfriendly staff, wrong orders, missing items, and food quality that was terrible, this place is not worth your time or money. The only reason I gave even one star is because of the sweet waitress who kept apologizing for the rest of the staff. Otherwise, it would be zero stars. We will never return.
