EDITING TO ADD—- I’ve emailed corporate twice like they asked, and no response. It’s been weeks. They literally don’t care that the food and service is like this more often than not at several locations. Cross lanes is terrible too.This used to be a good location but the last few times we’ve ordered here in the last month alone, it’s been garbage “food” and service. I’ve been over charged, I ordered extra cheese and don’t even get the regular cheese amount, food is burnt and inedible, when I had them remake once I got a long black hair in the new order for the trouble. They also don’t wear gloves and wipe their hands on their nose constantly the last time I was in. When they mess up the order and I’ve nicely come back through, they act like I’m the problem bc they messed up my order and I guess expect me to eat burnt slop.

This is a good Ginos to go to for lunch. The Buffet is great. You always run into someone you know. Everyone is real nice. There’s a real pretty waitress who does a very good job keeping up with a busy dining room. It’s a good time going
Called on my way home to place a pickup order. Told me about their special for the day and the price was perfect for us (family of 5). Very kind and I was there in 10 minutes and already done with my order. Great service!

I ordered the baked spaghetti with meat sauce for $ 14.99. What I got was watered down sauce you could drink and not much meat. It was not something I would ever want served to my date. I immediately demanded that the manager look at it. Then I demanded a refund and got it. The manager acknowledged that the sauce had been coming from Corp that way. I guess that Corp wants to cheat us. For $ 15.00 I expect a lot better food. I rate this one out of five. I left message and contact number with regional manager, never got a call back,I guess us customers aren't important even though we pay their wages.the managers should have just sent the defective sauce back to the corporate office instead of serving substandard food. It's not just this restaurant I've experienced the substandard baked spaghetti at washingto n street, Charleston,WV. You can buy 2 stouver tv dinners at krogers and put cheese on it . I would rather serve that to my date and it would be cheaper.

Was actually on lunch and went with friends through the drive thru, ordered a ham pubwich with added things to it. Not only did I NOT get what I ordered and paid for there was very little ham on it, it was terrible! Called them from work to tell them the manager gets on the phone to tell me to bring the food back. I thought WHAT?!! After this whole COVID thing not to mention I was on lunch break. Terrible terrible management skills! Not only will I not go back again my friends and co workers said they won't go again knowing they want the food back in order to fix my order!
