Super convenient to the interstate and Main Street! We were greeted at the door with smiling staff! Sat at the bar to enjoy March Madness on all the TV’s. Full bar with spirits and beer! Great affordable menu. Very clean. Adult gambling in the back area and away from the booths area. Kind servers with great food! Hometown favorite for sure! Great locally owned restaurant.

Literally posting this from their parking lot. It’s Friday night at 7:20 pm. We drove 30 minutes to get here for drinks and food. We sit down and the bartender tells us the grill is closing and not taking orders. Like, really?? It’s Friday night and not even 8pm. Well I can’t tell you what the food tastes like now. But the grill area is very tiny. But I was hoping the drive would be worth it. I won’t waste my time again and I suggest you don’t either.

First time trying them and they did not disappoint! The boomtown burger is the bomb and the bartender that served us was great! Will definitely be back.

Today, was my first time eating there. Staff was very friendly. Food came out quickly and fresh. I had the club sandwich and it was delicious. I highly recommend this Cafe. Our waitress explained how to get coupons from the Facebook page. She even tried changing the TV which was sweet. We will be going back.

Had some mid-morning business to take care of at Rock Branch (Poca). By the time I got done, my stomach started growling at me (rushed out without breakfast, what can I say, it happens giggle ?). No fast food for me this day, so I explored on Google maps and honed in on Katerine's Café. At first, I was thinking ?, what am I getting myself into... you have to be 21 to enter??? Anyway, that wasn't going to stop me and I was hungry. I am soo glad I went in! This place has awesome burgers!!! The kind that are tender and juicy... Ms. Monika, server, and Ms. Michelle, cook, greeted me (they called themselves M&M!). Ordered first a cup of coffee and took a look at the menu. I went with the Mushroom Mortar, easy on the onions and potato salad. Potato chips were an option, but I let that be. Also, Ms. Monika highly recommended the hot dogs. It was a pleasure just watching Ms. Michelle cooking my burger. Well, the reason you have to be 21 to enter: they have a couple of slot machines (WV Lottery)! I also found out that the new owner put up a lot of TV screens. Seems like there may be a new sports bar to hang in! All in all, a great visit. If I don't make it back this time around, it is definitely on my list to try the WV hot dogs next time around! And M&M make a great team! I enjoyed the visit!!! ?
