The food was hot and fresh, service was great, atmosphere amazing. But the night shift manager was rude and disrespectful to the employees in the kitchen. I believe that the managers name was Hope I came in the lobby around 5:00 pm and all I heard the night shift manager Hope yelling constantly and belittling the employees. Great store very clean but I will not come in the evening time, I will come in earlier during the day.

Im from Ripley, both of our McDonald's are horrible. This one is the best I've been too. Stop in here a couple time a month. Food is always fresh, hot and made to order.

Every time I have went THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKS!!!!!! Such a rare gem for McDonalds. The dining area has always been clean and the over all store is clean. The only thing I dislike is its parking area is a pain in the ass to get in and out of. This is my fav choice of a McDonalds compared to the other 50 in the general area.

the manager at this establishment talks down to her employees in front of the customers constantly because she knows they can’t defend themselves in any way because shes their boss, i couldnt enjoy my full meal because she kept talking to them like they were animals locked in a zoo

I was picking up a multi-person order I asked that each meal be placed in its own bag. I need to pull up to the pickup window to hear I'm not doing that if they want the food in their own bags they could do it themselves with two bags laying on the counter for it. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager the gentleman come to the window and told me they had no idea that need to be put in separate bags it doesn't register on the screen. I was also missing food out of the order the chicken nugget that comes with the meals wasn't there. Unfortunately this is not the first time that I've picked up food from that McDonald's and part of the food is missing.
Very clean McDonalds with quick and friendly service. I stopped here to use the restroom and get a drink. The staff was very polite and friendly. At the time I stopped (1:30pm), there were about 6 other customers in the restaurant and a line of 5 cars in the drive thru.

You know exactly what you’re getting at McDonald’s, and that consistency is part of the appeal. My order is always right, the service is quick, and the fries are still the best in the game when they’re fresh. Great spot for a quick bite on the go.
