We got a catering order for a family event. The portions and extras were very generous. The order was ready for pick up as scheduled and well packaged. The hot food was still hot and the cold items were fresh. A great experience which I'll be doing again as needed. Thank you to the Rio staff!

I ordered catering for a family reunion. We got a tray chicken fajitas and sides. It was well worth the price! The food was ready we we went to pick it up, the hot food was hot and the cold items were fresh. It was plenty for our picnic and a big hit with everyone. Thank you Rio!

Very average, in my opinion. The salsa and queso were bland, my chimichangas were okay but I wish they were fried a little more. They came out looking like they were pan fried rather than deep fried, and the browning was uneven. We had a miscommunication with the waitress, but she took care of it for us and was kind. Overall, this place is okay but I think there are better options out there.

We stopped by with family while in town. We were sat promptly. Our waiter was not good. He got drinks for 4 of us and the other family member waited for many minutes just to order his. He asked me twice about my food order and it came out incorrect. Two received their food orders and several minutes later, the food came out for 2 more family members. Mine came out many minutes later than that- and they were all almost finished eating. We had to ask for our guacamole dip twice as well as refills. Food was good, but service was terrible. Nowhere on our receipt did it state that there would be an extra charge if a debit card was used. However, were were charged a few extra dollars for using one. Disappointed. Won't be back.
