I just had to leave a review about my experience here. I made an online order and the person that made my food forgot an add on I paid for. I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. This is how customer service is done and you guys will always have my business on my treat days!

Okay so, this Taco Bell is the superior Taco Bell. Like every time I go here they always get my order correct, the inside is always clean and they actually put a decent amount of toppings on your tacos. Like if you’re in cross lanes and want Taco Bell, it’s 100% worth going all the way to nitro to get it instead of getting it at the cross lanes location.

By far one of the better Taco Bells in the Kanawha Valley. The food nearly always seems fresh, and the service is always pleasant and speedy. Two thumbs up, and I'm not usually a Taco Bell fan by any means!
Never do mobile orders you just stand here waiting for them. They don’t work the counter. Stare at you and are crazy rude. Could not be a worse taco bell. The fact that they ignore mobile orders but say that they started them is terrible. Someone needs to fix this store before it closes.

Typically we go to this location because they St Albans one that is closer to us is never made right. We went and waited and waited for our mobile order finally they said oh we accidentally gave it out through the drive-thru we will have to remake it. I understand that accidents happen but then they gave us free Taco coupons with no substitutions allowed I don't eat beef so that was pretty much a waste.
