This Nitro location is always spot on. I am here at least once a week and over the last couple of years, they have only messed up my order once. Highly recommend!

After placing the orders for my children, I paused so that I can make sure they got everything on the screen as I start to order my own food guy cuts me off. Ask me if everything looked right on the screen and told me to pull around. Didn’t ask me if I was done ordering, but at that point I definitely was.

This place is a joke. How do you miss half of the order? Went through the drive through got the quesadillas but not the three tacos that I paid for. Walked in told them that none of my three tacos made it into the bag so they handed me two tacos👀 i kindly reminded them again that I paid for three then he went back and made the third. Although I wish I got a refund instead, the taco tortillas were stale🤷♀️ Makes sense why there was no one ordering in store nor the drive through.

They just put brown beans on my veggie power bowl instead of black beans which is kinda gross theres about $12 wasted .... teach your employees to know how to prepare the food before you just have ppl wastin their gas and money
