Me and two of my work brothers went for lunch. One of those brothers happens to be the exact same height as me. Our other brother is shorter than us two that are the same height. My bone-in wings were boneless and reminded me of Wendy’s saucey nuggs, except not as tasty. The French fries were good…fried pickles were more like barely fried pickles

My work brother who is the exact same height as me ordered bone in hot BBQ wings. He received boneless wings that looked as if BBQ sauce was drenched over the wings. The taste was not desirable. My Gyro looked great but the steak tasted like pre frozen steak-umm’s. Over all, the French fries were great. Last but not least, the fried pickles were under cooked. Thank you.

I love coming inside to eat, I always have a great experience - however, if you want ranch with your wings I guess you have to keep a bottle of Hidden Valley in your car because I NEVERRRR get ranch or any side sauce that I pay for. :(

First and last time ordering here. I ordered a take out order of wings and a salad. They were packed to go in the same bag so my salad was hot and its contents were wet (not dressing because I had to add more at home) upon arrival. It was a small salad +chicken for $4.00. An $11 salad that I had to dump liquid out of 2 times before it was semi edible, ultimately I threw it away. The wings were palatable.

The wings were very disappointing. I ordered 50 wings. They were barely tossed in any sauce and they were overcooked and dry. I think my sweet bbq sauce was actually ketchup, I had to add my own bbq sauce at home. I won’t be ordering from there again.

I can't even rate the food because when I ordered a raspberry salad, I was told they don't make those and haven't for over a year. Mind you, I ordered the salad 2 weeks before this call, and 2 weeks before that. The manager is the one who told me this too. When I told her that's not true and that I had ordered it nit too long ago, she said I must have ordered it from Dunbar. Uhhh I know where I got my food from and I live in the Cross Lanes area. She was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. Shame on her. When I ordered it last time I spoke to a very pleasant man and he was so helpful. In a little over a month the service has gone done drastically. My mother in law called just this evening and they were rude to her. Told her she couldn't just get a cheeseburger, had to get a side but didn't ask her what sides she wanted. I hate that I won't be ordering from them because they're so close to me, but I'd prefer to spend my money where people treat me kinder. We work hard for our money!!

I have played the slots here for along time and I have to say this has got to be the tightest slots I've ever played I wouldn't recommend going here to play unless you want to just lose all your money
I came here several days ago to pick up a to-go order. The person who was working as a cashier (young white man, long red hair, glasses possibly?) was extremely hostile. As soon as I told him who I was he proceeds to tell me how to do the payment process (which I've done hundreds of times here) in a condescending tone. As he is finishing his rude assistance, he then says "press NO! in a very loud and aggressive tone. I was so angry I had to leave at once to not engage in a physical altercation, as I was extremely confrontational by this point. I will never return to this location and would advise anyone not to order takeout at this specific location. The Dunbar location is far superior, with much friendlier staff and service and I would certainly return there.

Seems like a bar that a divorced dad would go to to cry into a bottle of budweiser on a Monday night. I ordered wings, since it's a wing joint. They pulled wings from the convenience store cooler and put them in a basket to serve to me at the restaurant. Ice cold and old. The second attempt at food was just as foul and looked like something from a lunchable. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time on the incorrect hours posted on the door.

They pulled wings from the convenience store cooler and put them in a basket to serve to me at the restaurant. Ice cold and old. I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!

We ate here last night we have always left just a few dollars on a card and then have left a 20-25$ on the table cash where they tax their tips we don’t leave much on a card. I had gotten up to use the restroom and the waitress was talking to another employee in the hall about a tip complaining about it and talking crap about the customer I paid no mind to it until I came back and my husband had said she came over and asked my husband about her tip and had smart comments over it While I was in the bathroom. Mind you she was still gonna get a tip even tho we waited a hour on food because they had dropped our food in the floor. First time here and will never go back
