So my man ordered door dash. So we got the food and burgers and potato and fries were right I asked for sour cream and ranch didn't get either. Asked for chocolate frosty it was vanilla. Look I get things happen but I work as a manager late night closes at Taco Bell. We don't have something we tell the dasher to call and see what replacement or put a not saying sorry we were currently out. We can also turn those options off on our computer so it don't let you order it. Loaded fries, frosty, and baked potato one fork no spoon we are at a friend's the bachelor has no silverware. Nor was there napkins. Door dasher took to wrong door well ok not your fault but he sat outside at wrong house and my bags weren't sealed. Had to run the cat off whose head was in our bag. Oh and no straw for our drink. Disappointed because our company makes sure we take care of those things for our customers. Please I get it's late I stay open till 2am making orders. Think if it was you and that that person don't have those things because they are not at normal location to access them. Other than that the food was good even if I had to finger pick my baked potato

Overcharged for items not order and they wont correct the issue. Mgr also stated he was never on a register when hes the one that took my card, charged it and gave it back to me. Would not recommend staff are not friendly

My husband went to this Wendy's for lunch while traveling and is making me leave a review for his experience...lol said he walked into the cleanest Wendy's he's ever seen. He said he was greeted by a young lady named Ada. He said she was gracious, kind, professional and took his order along with several others. Once finished, she went to clean the already clean lobby.
He said her service was impeccable. He said all of the workers were working, but her service stood out. Kudos to the Nitro West VA Wendy's team and the Management there. He'll be back...lol

The restaurant was clean I came in at 845pm food was fresh had potatoes, chili and Frosty’s manager even took time and walked over and made sure we enjoyed the food and helped my husband to the car this restaurant is great. Y’all need to show more love to this place. This is the best Wendy’s there is in the area. my visit was 7-23-2025 y’all need to give some Recognition to all the employees that work that night very hospitality very fresh food best time I’ve ever had at Wendy’s All my husband could talk was how the manager helped my husband to the car thank you guys

I came in around 12 and ordered a number 3 the fries were super fresh and Ada was an excellent worker compared to the other workers everyone else was slacking and not doing their job properly while Ada was working hard and getting my order done right she was working front counter and greeted me delightfully

This Wendy’s always hits the spot. The food comes out hot, the fries are crispy, and the service is fast. Their spicy nuggets are legit, and the Frosty never disappoints. Great place for a quick and tasty meal.
