The most unprofessional place around…bunch of young adults that don’t know what they are doing. My experience there is so mind blowing, no customer service. However they will give you advice on how to order! How embarrassing for that company and to anyone who may buy from there. Can’t even get a frosty correct.

We arrived about 10:35 pm. We had about a $35 order five sandwiches, some chili cheese fries, baked potatoes and a few other small things. Yes the man that says when we were ordering our chicken sandwiches that they made in fresh so it would be 7 minutes.. we said that's fine placed our order paid was pulled up to a parking spot but never given a receipt keep that in mind.. so it I would say now it's 10:55 finally he brings our bags out. This point they probably had seven cars parked we were the first tho.
I mentioned the new receipt because I would have caught it the first time had he had given me a receipt. I ordered first off two crispy chicken sandwiches with only lettuce tomato extra pickle I said it that way and I probably said it three times and he verified it. My son is allergic to mayo. And I just don't like it. So finally 11:00 or so we go to pull away and sure enough I open the sandwich my sons just to make sure and not only was there no tomato or extra pickle it was made regularly like a regular sandwich. We then had to proceed to wait another 15 minutes 20 maybe we did not pull out of the Wendy's parking lot until 11:22. There for just like 5/10 min shy of a hour. I never even thought to check my husband's sandwich because he got a spicy chicken deluxe add chese and he'll eat just about anything so I figured they couldn't mess it up but when we got home it only had mayonnaise and lettuce on it. And still was not given a receipt until after my remakes came out and I had to ask him to bring me back out of receipt.. and that doesn't even mention that half my baked potatoe was bad. Sadly wasted $34 and by the time I made it home and realized my husband's sandwich was wrong and that's what sent me. It was like 5 minutes to 12 and noone was answering the phone. Never again..

Came in for a quick little lunch for a biggie bag which is usually a good deal and I advocate for it mostly.
However upon coming today I had to use the bathroom men's room wasn't in the best state there was just a coke someone's drink on the sink.
Brushed it off don't really care but just wanted to mention it.
Went to pick up my food I got a chicken sandwich biggie bag and a frosty. I asked for one extra sweet chili sauce and they said they wanted to charge me for the extra sauce. I declined just kinda irked by it cause that isn't what I usually expect to hear coming into a Wendy's chick fi la doesn't even charge for extra sauces.
Got my food set down with what I'll grant us a slightly negative mindset towards the restaurant however this doesn't excuse the poor quality of the sandwich the top bun was hard I literally can bang it against the table didn't eat the top bun. Fries were good nuggets however I noticed they are lacking either I haven't had Wendy's in a minute or something but they've shrunk this one nugg I had was all breading see photos I provided.
I generally like Wendy's and think they are a good deal most of the time however this time I'm just not feeling it. Definitely avoid this location in nitro.

I stopped by and ordered a five-dollar biggie bag and once I got to the window and they took my money they asked me if I could wait? I explained I had a sick child at home and couldn't wait she explained that she was out of spicy chicken nuggets and I said that's fine just substitute something else. She said what a chicken sandwich be okay and I said that's fine. She then disappeared for 5 minutes to the point where I was agitated enough to beat the horn because I'm just explained that I couldn't wait! When she finally came back I said I just explained to you that I couldn't wait! And then I wanted the store number so I controller corporate office in make a formal complaint. She said something else that I couldn't make out as I drove off. Once at home, not only was there no fries in the bag but the chicken sandwich as a replacement for the nuggets what's a bunch of chopped up pieces of grilled chicken and a baked potato carton what's nothing else in it! So I put everything back in the bag go back to the store, because my sick son and pretty much no food.! When I got to the store I walked in and ask her what the hell this was supposed to be as I slammed the baked potato container with 8 or 9 little chunks of grilled chicken in it on the counter then ask her where my French fries were that this was beyond unacceptable!!! Well I told her I couldn't wait she tried to stall me and make me wait anyway while they cooked nuggets! Then when I was agitated for the reception see through some plain grilled chicken in a baked potato and send me on my way when didn't bother to put my Fry's in the bag! And believe me I'm raising my voice by this time because I was wronged then ripped off and instead of apologizing we're trying to offer anything like a store coupon for free meal or anything, cheaper seeds to Pace back and forth from the back of the store to the front on the phone!!!!! At this point I've been there almost 10 minutes and I'm getting super aggravated!!! Then the old man french fry guy told me I shouldn't talk to a lady that way I said a lady wouldn't lie to you and then try to rip you off so she doesn't get the privilege of ladylike treatment.! But reluctantly after I have a total of probably an hour plus the trip back wrapped up in this auntie customer service display of incompetence. George made me a fresh $5 biggie bag which would have sufficed 45 minutes ago! The manager still hadn't approached me about rectifying the situation. So I took my $5 biggie bag and left the store to get back in my vehicle and as I was pulling out of the parking space a vehicle with the lights was entering the parking lot stopped right behind me, and it turned out that she had called the police!!! So I sat there for another 15 or 20 minutes explaining to an officer what happened,and finally he was satisfied and let me go. No crime was committed, no suspicion of a crime but after checking for another 20 minutes or so he said I was free to go but probably banned from the store 😁😁😁 I said I don't plan on spending another Di.ime here

This store is a complete mess. From customer service to the product. They keep the door locked so you can only go through the drive through most of the time. This is the worst place in all of cross lanes !
