Terrible food. Chicken nuggets were cold fries were cold. Bacon stack burger had way too many pickles on it. Manager was non chalant about it and said she could remake my order. Why??????? Then I said a refund she was like I guess but I can make it again. No thanks never going back there again. Do better and get personnel that actually have pride in their job and management that care about their business and customer service. Do better it's not rocket science.

I have been there twice recently each time food has been low grade barely warm had to return first time management remade the order recieved hot and fresh. second time Luke warm again cold cheese thrown on it fries old tasting mentioned to drive through window i was told i can redue but probably will come out the same way management came told them to remake well it was the same except it was microwaved and bottom bun was hard sad to say wendy's is nothing like they use to be

This is my favorite fastfood restaurant. But unfortunately it is going downhill. The service is very quick but the food is never right. If you order your food the way it comes this is still a good restaurant, but if you like to make changes to your food this isn't the restaurant for you.

The staff was really helpful and quick to get my food out. They were also generous with the sauces. Even was still super friendly and patient when I was having issues with my card. Super friendly environment and very welcoming. Out of alot of Wendy's I've been at in my lifetime this was definitely the best. I got the Cobb salad and a chicken nugget with fries. Kids got baconators and the wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and also a Cobb salad. Well made and delicious. Friendly family environment.

Before placing my order, I tried to use the restroom. The restrooms can be entered without entering the restaurant, which is begging for people to use this facility to use drugs. I waited for over 5 min outside the locked door before hearing vomiting, so I decided I didn't need to go that bad. I was told four times over 10 mins of waiting that they were in the middle of a shift change, and someone would take my order shortly. Each person who told me that proceeded to stand there and stare at me as I waited. Finally someone who I assume was Keith the host came out with a cash drawer, did not acknowledge or make eye contact with me, and left.While waiting the person behind me got fed up and decided to go to McDonald's, and must have swore on the way out the door, prompting a elderly woman who held the door for him to tell him to watch his mouth. This person told the poor old woman that "It's a free country and I can do whatever the F I want" and flipped her off. After all this mess one of the workers who told me they were in the middle of a shift change and proceeded to watch me wait took my order only for me to pay $17.42 for two small 10 piece chicken meals. Awful experience, I will avoid this area altogether from now on.
