Terrible customer service, we ordered a two tiered cake with JAM in between the two layers and they did not add any support dowels to keep the cake in place. It slid all over the box, off the second layer, and then eventually collapsed from lack of support. The owner was rude, unhelpful, and actually said he didn’t care how important the cake was to us, told us they were closing and there was nothing they could do. The incident was completely on them, who leaves support out of a very heavy two tiered cake? I will never order from here again, very rude and unprofessional.

They made a cake last minute for my Dads funeral. They were so amazing and had it ready the next day! Thank you guys for being a family staple for our family. Though I don’t live locally anymore, when I came to town for my dad’s funeral you guys were still the sweet, kind, sweet staff you were when I left 5 years ago!

The wedding cake for my daughter's wedding was perfection. Every guest has exclaimed it was the best cake they've ever had. Not one of their cookies were leftover at the end of the night. I can't thank them enough for making Jeff and Deanna's day so special!

It’s definitely a hit and miss sometimes the people are nice and sometimes they’re just OK, no smiles.My birthday was in November and my son‘s birthday is also in November both cakes unfortunately were dry.Also….am I the only one besides my son and we both agree they have changed the icing and it’s not as good. Fluffy but not Bonnie Bells sugary good icing. It’s more like a grocery store icing now. Just my opinion I guess it just depends on what you are use to.

Very unhappy. Ordered my wife a birthday cake they messed it up wrong color icing for the lettering sald if they fixed it it would look lumpy. We drive 86 miles round trip because we loved there goodies but no more. They said they would make another one but we could not wait for an hour and a half. We had to get back for wife's party without the party theme cake.
