Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

When you've been around a Dairy Queen with a full menu your entire life this is no big deal. But I was in a DQ desert for a number of years. I had always passed this DQ going to and coming back from the Clarksville VA but never stopped. The chicken tenders were as wonderful as I remember...and the gravy! How I missed having a DQ close. Looks like I'll be stopping in a lot more often. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the value I got at DQ...3 large chicken tenders, fries, a drink...AND A SUNDAE? Oh yes I will be back

I ordered and paid for a small vanilla shake in the drive thru. When the girl came to the window she had a small cone. I told her that’s not what I ordered and paid for. She said sorry I read it wrong. Ok one mistake I get. When she finally brings me the shake it is the consistency of milk. Barely any flavor to it other than milk. It was horrible. Never again will I stop there.

Every-time I’ve went here in the last couple months. Food was ether messed up or our blizzard was made incorrectly. Went today and as I was ordering in drive-thru, as soon as I say my order I get a response “Are you done”, “Is that all”. Keep in mind I was still ordering and saying my blizzard order. My blizzard was also barely mixed, I had to go in with the spoon in mix half of it cause the bottom was plain ice cream. We kept giving chances, but this is an every time we go! Definitely last time and will stick to driving to a farther Dairy Queen for better service. Would suggest in training the workers better, and having them have a “better attitude”. Also training properly on how to work equipment may be considered.

Came here after the Bridgeport DQ debacle, was hankering for another cone after that last failed attempt. The young lady at the counter here was so nice and very polite.

Afterwards, mentioned my previous encounter to the guy (shift lead?) who was wearing the drive-thru headset. I know these kids here work HARD, and it's non-stop sometimes, but if your uniform gets filthy change to a clean shirt. Customers do appreciate it. And a clean table would be nice (and not having to swat away flies).

We used to go to this location frequently. But now almost always we are missing something in our order. Very rarely do we not have an issue. Hopefully they work on the issues. But food is great, and staff are friendly.

The food is amazing the normal there staff are really really nice the inside is really clean the bathrooms are also clean there is also a place you can take your ice cream outside and eat at the tables

I came in 30 mins before closing time so food took a bit longer because the team was cleaning- I felt bad I made them bring out supplies again. HOWEVER- everything was very fresh and the team didn’t make me feel bad for coming in that late.

We had our end-of-life celebration for our dog there. I forgot my iPhone there. They kept it behind the counter and gave it to me joyfully and of course I got a blackberry black raspberry shake on the way out they never disappoint. They’re always great, and they recently remodeled.
