I’m not a mean person but like dang the girl running the front was stupid or something we had to repeat what we wanted like 4 different times I ordered a kids meal 6 chicken nuggets and they gave me a happy meal with just fries in it they didn’t even give me my chicken nuggets and I asked for there new sauce and they didn’t give me that either this is usually a really good McDonald’s to but they new people they got are just ridiculous like how do you forget to put the main part of the meal in it 🤦♀️

Breakfast at the drive through. The mcgriddle was good, but $29 for 2 mcgriddles and 2 OJs is ridiculous. I'm sorry, orange water. The orange juice had better be orange juice and not orange water if I'm paying that much money.

This is the closest location to my residence, so we have been here many times. This location CONSISTENTLY gets orders wrong. Either through drive thru, mobile, or counter service. Just wretched! I'm pretty forgiving on this kind of stuff, I've worked at McDonald's also, but this is inexcusably persistent poor service. Avoid this location.

Ordered two steak egg and cheese bagels, the steak was disgusting, every other bite was grissle, I thought maybe it was a fluke but the other sandwich was the same, just gross fatty inedible steak.. either McDonald's changed their streak patty vendor or these guys are buying off market somewhere else so nasty

I make a trip to the VA Hospital every week for a 3 hour appointment. I figured I would stop by and grab a burger on the way home. I could not get waited on after 5 minutes. The employee’s were gathered around the drive thru window and the fryer. Yes the saw me. One lady told another employee to go and take care of me, but no one did. Their conversation was more important. Needless to say I just walked out and will not be returning. If I would have thought about it I would have recorded the situation and posted it all over.
