If there is any old school country music fans or anybody that just likes the history, here is a totally freaking awesome place right up the Boys Scout grounds. " Hank Williams' last stop". It's a really cool old school bar, which I absolutely love, but the service and the people here are just fantastic. The food was great as well, and I'm not just saying that, it really is. This is an awesome spot filled with everything you would except from an old school, hometown, with a little history to it bar/dinner. So if you're looking for a good spot to eat and chill and drink a few beers, I highly recommend Skyline Drive In.

Best dog I've ever had hands down. Home made chili and slaw were the cherry on top. Son had the BBQ, husband had the burger. All were delicious. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Wish they were in Michigan!!! Definitely stopping back again before we head home ☺️
We were on our way home from vacation in North Carolina and found this little gem with a Google search. The stellar reviews could not be more accurate, as this was a great meal to end our week of family and fun and food.
One on the kids declared the burger as the best she had ever had.. it was fresh and perfectly cooked.. no frozen or smooshed patty at Skyline Drive In! The hot dog was delicious with chili and slaw, and the onion rings were real and cooked perfectly. And the proprietor even brought snack candy out for those that finished their meals!
Everyone there was genuine and hospitable.. customers and owners. If you are looking for a mom and pop that serves great food with a cold one.. stop here. The historical significance is an added bonus if you are a country music fan and know your Hank Sr. trivia.
