Been ordering food from this place my whole life. I always ask to have my coleslaw separated and I always pay for that. I do this so the bun isnt soaking wet by the time I get home to eat it since i live 20 mins away. Today they told me I cant have my slaw separated. What's the difference? I'm paying for it. I will never be returning to this store because of HORRIFIC customer service. I have never felt more unwelcome in a store before. The owner/manager should be ashamed of their service and deserves to lose his business if this is how they treat loyal customers. Stay away from this place!

It’s an awesome restaurant and I’ve went for years now. I first started going in middle school with my grandma and it’s always been good every time I’ve got it. Their fries are awesome. I’m actually about to head up that way now from Cannelton. It’s worth the trip up there.

My husband, brother, and his girlfriend traveled an hour from home to try Tom's yesterday and it was definitely worth the drive! I had THE best cheese fries I've ever had, and everyone else agreed they were great. They were crispy despite the toppings! Their mudslide parfait was also ridiculously good. The employees were helpful and friendly, too!
The only criticism I have is about the sticky tables/high chairs and the lack of soap in the men's bathroom/lack of TP in the women's bathroom.
