I called at 10:30 pm , was answered, I was ask dine in or carry out after I ask was it to late to make an order ,and was told to hang on , the gentlemen started talking like he was from another country and then sent me back to the recording . Normally I don't write reviews but all he had to say was I'm sorry we aren't preparing anymore food today . Food is good but ginoes and ez stop and hell even 7 11 have better service than this .

Such a horrible and rude place of service, will not be coming back here again! I asked a simple question and the man looked at me like I was crazy with his eyebrows down for asking if i can add bacon to my pizza! He acted confused and had the nerve to tell me if I wanted to add bacon to my pizza then try tudors?? I told him it’s a regular topping to add bacon that I’ve got it plenty times before and then he tried flipping it like it’s my fault that I asked for bacon on my pizza!!? He continued to make the stank face and told me that he thought I meant slabs of bacon that I should’ve been more clear, excuse me? How rude and unprofessional to not take accountability for something YOU as an EMPLOYER did, if it was a moment of forgetfulness then I understand but to be rude and blame the customer is unacceptable. If you do not like your job then find a better one! Customers don’t suppose to remind the managers or employees of the menu. And if you can’t remember a topping as easy as bacon then you shouldn’t work there.

Was waiting for an order with my granddaughters and the employees were cursing up a storm speaking every bad word in the book and using gods name in vain. Have always been a fan, but they seem to run out of toppings and pizza dough. Not their fault I guess, they say they have to wait on the ingredients to come on the truck, but when they have everything their food is great!

Waited at the counter for 15-20 min understandably busy only to be told it will be over an hour before they can get to me... thanks for offering g to waste my time but you have accomplished that already. If your looking for a quick lunch I wouldn't.
Worse salad bar we’ve ate at Pizza Hut. No cheese , no pepperoni, no crackers.Really a pitiful excuse for a salad bar. The rest of our dinner was good. We also had a really sweet waitress. (Neria)
I have went in there about three times in the evening wanting to order personal pan pizza and they say they don't have any personal pan fixed I am like huh?? Then another time they said they were out of onions umm Goodsons is right beside you go get some SMHAlso I can call and it literally takes forever for someone at Oceana to answer going thru all the ads and everything ridiculous I have actually called waited for a while got in the vehicle went to Pizza Hut got out of the vehicle and went inside to order and they still haven't picked up the phone to take my order remember I was in my vehicle in the middle of town and drove to the end of town to Pizza Hut !!!! Come on we don't need all that stuff when you try to call an order in we are just a small town we don't care about all that other stuff we work hard all day just want to order some food and go home and relax that's all .Please do something about the phone and personal pan pizza dough .Thank youAttention:This makes the 5th time I have went into Pizza Hut in Oceana WV wanting 2 personal pan pizzas and once again they don't have any personal pan pizza I am like really!!! My issue isn’t with the quality of food. Food has always been top notch!My problem comes from when i call to place an order. Why in the world when I dial the local number do I get transferred to people overseas??? Come on folks this is small town Oceana, yall aren’t in a big city! I am sick and tired of dealing with Filipinos to place an order in small town USA.
