Apple pie milkshake was delicious 😋 I had classic cheddar roast beef, white Mac and cheese and new steak bites. I didn’t really like the new steak bites but white Mac and cheese and classic cheddar roast beef sandwich was delicious! 🤤

Messed my order up then went to go back through the drive thru and was asked to hold on before being helped. Horrible service, I was hesitant to even go back through. Ended up leaving before ever getting help.. I don’t recommend this location.

I went through the drive-thru at this Arby’s and ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to get my order. There were only a few cars ahead of me, but the line barely moved the entire time. No one came over the speaker to explain the delay or apologize, and when I finally got my food, it wasn’t even hot—it tasted like it had been sitting there.
If this location is short-staffed, they should at least let customers know before we sit trapped in the drive-thru that long. I’ve always liked Arby’s, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Definitely the worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in a while.

Service was not good, manager was rude, drive thru lady was rude. All 3 sandwiches barely had any roast beef on them, steak bites tasted like charcoal, even the cheese sticks had an off taste to them. Not a good experience here at all. Will never stop again. $33 down the drain

There sandwiches are always piled on they didn't skimp on anything like all the burger places that slashed their meat in half but upped the prices on them...thanks Arby's for Not doing that!!!

Food was good. I ordered 2 doubles, but got 2 singles. I am NOT sure what was in the wrappers previous to these sandwiches...I got all the way home before discovering this.

I had the smoke house brisket combo. The meat on my sandwich was less than fresh and was cold, not room temperature cold but straight out of the cooler cold. That's not the worst of the experience though my 10 year old son found a hair in his fries. I will say they gave him another order and up sized them as well. Nevertheless we won't be going back. Also it could have been a little cleaner.
