Buffalo Wild Wings

We went in about an hour before closing. There were not many people there. We essentially had the place to ourselves. Our server, Alexander did an excellent job, top notch service. I personally am not a big fan of wings so I had a burger, I was not disappointed it was excellent.

I got the nachos. They were cold. Not sure if they were supposed to be, but I'm doubting it. There was probably about 2 tablespoons of cheese on them, at the most. I always associate cheese with nachos?? Anyway. Definitely not worth the money to me. If there was more cheese and they were hot, I think they would've been good.

Ordered 10 boneless wings online and that was it, just 10 wings and it was a 40 minute wait. Which didn't include another 15 minutes you have to wait inside too once u get there. I called to see if I can cancel. Was told I could and charge reversed. Well it wasn't. Im not surprised. This place has went down hill.

We had the best server ever Gregory took really good care of us! Although the food wasnt good. They were out of burgers. I was very disappointed with the chicken sandwich. The only reason I will come back is because the server was amazing and did his best to fix the problems.

Never really write negative reviews. I was here earlier today and i ordered garlic parm wings with a side of mac and cheese. My mac and cheese came cold, so it was sent back to be reheated. It came back dry from how long it was reheated for. My tradional wings were a mixed batch of cold, tougher wings and hot tender ones. Service was hit and miss, one waiter was incredibly kind while the young lady had a horrible attitude. My bf who was with me was disappointed in the size of his beer cheese steak sandwich. $50 total for a meal worth barely $20. We left hungry. Havent been here in 8 years and now i remember why. I dont think i will be back. Sorely disappointed by the price amd quality along with mixed service. I wish i hadnt even went it was such a waste of money.

If I could rate less than one star I would. The manager on shift today 7/3 @ 1:45p, could not have been any more rude, the place was filthy table was sticky. Makeshift sign to please seat yourself, they advertise the bottomless apps and don't even have the onion rings, and they do not care at all about it. No substitutions, not polite or nice or have any manners at all. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to eat there.

Went for bottomless apps, great deal going on right now (end of June 2025). However, we got sent the wrong apps a couple times and one of our entree orders was wrong 3 times. Ordered a boneless split, got traditional one sauce, sent it back, got boneless in one sauce (wrong sauce) sent it back, got the right sauce, but it wasn’t split. They comped us but it was frustrating because we had to wait 20 minutes just to see our waitress again. Disappointed in the service this time around.
