Probably my favorite fast food burger place. Love that they also have vegetarian options. More fast food needs to do that.

Service is only good in the morning, night crew always lacking, ordered one sandwich, chicken fries, regular fries, never got the sandwich, I made it home before I realized. How do y’all forget the burger, y’all are BURGER king.

I have been here twice over the past two months. I arrived at 2:15 each time, a slow period. It took over 20 minutes to get my order from the drive thru both times. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break so I wont be able to patronize this BK in the future.

Used the drive-thru. Service was very slow. I was the third car from ordering kiosk. Waited 5 minutes to order. Then waited 18 minutes to advance to window to get my order. Used drive-thru since getting orders dining-in are usually slower than drive-thru here. Staff wasn't very welcoming. Never got a hello, welcome, thank you or any polite comments. Just repeated order and total price. Food was hot. Whopper with cheese pretty much standard. Fries were short of being crispy. I don't care for the fatter fries, especially if they aren't fried crispy. Drink was cold. Guess it's a toss up if you're trying to make it a quick stop. Ther were no cars in the parking area close to the building so I thought the dining inside may be closed.

I just can’t rate it below 1. This is absolutely the worst and most hostile eating place I have ever seen. Came here with wife & kids & no one is on the counter, everyone back in the kitchen is ignoring us for over 5 mins. Called loudly to see if there is anyone to take the order and people working back heard and pretending to not hear. Rude & vicious employees, never seen any place more inhospitable. Never come here

Since being in Parkersburg working on a construction job. I eat fast food. Went here alot and over time it is always a joke. Giggling behind the window and awkward looks. Highly disappointing even stopped eating here for a year and come back to give it a chance. Still the same. This will be the last time I come there to eat.

I ordered a whopper with no pickles, no tomatoes, a side of onion rings medium and no drink, and a 8 piece nugget online amd my husband went to pick it up on Emerson Burger King. They told him they didn't have a order from me first of all. Then made him park amd walk inside to pick up the order. It was already paid for. They give him a regular whopper with pickles and tomatoes, and huge chunks of lettuce on the whopper. I'm talking a chunk of lettuce thicker than a golf ball on a sandwich. They give him a cup amd he gets a drink from the fountain area. I specifically ordered no drink. The food was cold, the chicken nuggets was rubbery they was so cold. My side of Onion rings turned to a side of French fries. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant so the food being cold wasn't from the rrip home. And all your auto response computer does is ask a different question each response. Thanks for the customer service I didn't receive, and the non edible $12.00+ dinner Tuesday 3/19/24 at around 9pm.
