So I ordered on door dash which has captain d’s and catfish kitchen so after Captain d’s gave me pink fish and I got sick I refuse to eat there which is why I chose catfish kitchen to be brought Captain d’s and even though it was false advertisement, etc as I got food from a different place I can’t get a refund! Food was trashed as even though we was brought food it wasn’t even the right order. Since I can’t get refunded from you I will get refunded so no worries. Don’t eat here!!!!

Our food was cold. Food tasted like the grease was old and needed changed. My wife's fish looked like it had been cooked twice with the way the breading looked. My flounder and hush puppies were under cooked. We can't recommend anyone eating here. And, my wife and I won't be going back to Captain D's ever again.

I love captain Ds. Butttt tonight was so disappointing. I order online which you provide your phone number (I assumed incase there are issues with what you order). I pick the food up and I’m informed they are out of crab so they gave me extra shrimp. As much as I appreciate the thought I would’ve like if they would’ve called instead because I only get the platter for the crab and I would’ve rather had extra fish or hush puppies. Then I get home and they didn’t give me cocktail sauce which I had ordered. So now I have a ton of shrimp (once again I appreciate the thought) and no cocktail sauce so I will not be eating it unfortunately. My purpose of the review is maybe reach out and ask the person how they would like the situation handled instead of assuming and/or at least give the sauces requested. I feel like I should have a choice considering my total for what we ordered was almost $50.

I got the sampler which was close to $13 , the Cole slaw was warm and the crab cakes were not done and were doughy and practically was dripping. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning
I'm not a big eater of fried foods, but my friends wanted to have Captain D's, so I gave it a try. I really enjoyed their hush puppies with cocktail sauce. I do believe I could eat those everyday. Groovy :)

I usually don't review fast food restaurants but this location does a great job, it's always hot fresh cooked perfectly takes a little longer to wait on my order but well worth it for the quality of the product received

Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. I had a pickup, the chicken strips were half the size as regular being chicken nuggets, there was no fish in my fish and chicken meal, fries were cooked, soggy, and very cold. Even my favorite hush puppies were spongy and not the same. I'm thinking they cut cost with another vender or this store just got the bottom of the barrel. The only meal that was good is the wild caught salmon. Just drive another 2 more miles and enjoy a Captain Ds worth eating.

I went through the drive thru around 10:45 this morning, fries were ice cold (close to opening, so no excuse for this), and the sandwich i got was advertised to have lettuce on it, which it didn’t. When I called back and told them, they told me they didn’t have lettuce at the moment (we were not informed of this before purchasing) and i asked if I’d be able to get a replacement sandwich when they did have lettuce again and she hung up on me. I figured the call just got dropped, so I called back and she hung up on me again immediately after answering. Her name was Brittany I believe. I am normally not one to complain, but there were also several hairs in my tender meal (didn’t even try to mention this on the phone because I really don’t care all that much), but now it is an issue. I was wondering why captain Ds was starting to fall off the grid, but now it’s definitely understandable why it is.

I ordered 2 of the 2 piece fish & fries off the menu for $5.99. I was charged $6.79. When I questioned it they said the sale is over & today they are $6.79!! I told them that was the price on the menu!! Not happy at all! I will drive a few feet to Mary B's the next time! They charge menu prices!
