They got our order wrong twice and the wait in the drive through was very long... but, the guy at the window was so friendly and kind and the ice cream was so good!

The counter gal who waited on me was a great employee. Name is Jamie. It was so crowded, inside and the drive through also. She was very attentive to each customer and handled all the crowd and confusion very well. She is a plus to this establishment. She was focused and took care of each customer. I commented to her on keeping it together and staying calm. This was the DQ on Blizzard Dr. in Parkersburg, WV.

This is my favorite DQ. They had a new person working register named Noah, who has a natural personality for working with the public. Also, the rest of the staff was friendly and the food and treats are always amazing there. It is my first choice for a great burger or curing a sweet tooth. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The first review had to be employees. Because took us 15 minutes and 3 trys to get a Sunday and cone with crunch coat. SAD they need to lay off the weed at work( imagine my surprise 7 yrs later and same story. Girl at window couldn't understand me got an attitude. Then I pull up and she has earphones in this store is not worth the trip I'm surprised the owners don't care enough to change it

The young lady who took our order was very rude, barely acknowledged we were there. I'm sure if she is working customer service here for very long the customers will quit coming. As for myself this was my last trip. This was the second time she was rude. Instead of using a rag or dish towel they used their shirts to wipe off dirty equipment

Never get what I ordered correctly. Even going inside, I have to check my food because I ALWAYS get cold nasty fries when I ordered cheese curds. I’ve worked fast almost everywhere and would never serve cold fries or not pay attention to the order I’m making in front of me.

The girls working there definitely need to be more cheerful and act like they are happy to serve

Parking: Actually have the hot fudge Sunday which is my favorite and also had the m&m blizzard both very good
