I was under the impression, when you ordered a Blizzard, you were supposed to see them turn it upside down. We'll, mine was too runny for that to have happened & the bottom wasn't even mixed up.

Walked in just after 12 noon. Place was dirty. Ice cream machine was crusty.Stood there for about 7 minutes and no one came to counter. Apparently, the only person working was decorating a cake.Did not stay to eat.

They took food back through a window after we drove off with it which is a red flag to me. Order was wrong. Manager rude and argumentative. Gave a chilli dog flipped up and down in a small bag so it was messy. Food is too much money for this service. 1-2-24 @5:26

Came here with my best friend and got ice cream. I got a royal blizzard which was absolutely amazing. The employees working were really nice too. It was really refreshing to come to a place where the employees weren't irritated because they had to make an order. The lobby was very clean too which is saying a lot for a restaurant on 7th Street.
The ice machine was broken and the Frys were super stale.

The crackhead girl Brittany that's in the drive-through gave me soggy fries disgusting chicken tenders like I can't believe this I've never experienced in the worst service ever in my life at Dairy Queen . She did not know how to multitask and I was waiting in line really long for my food and she kept getting my order messed up. This is outrageous and every time I asked to speak to the manager she picks up the phone. .. I highly recommend nobody comes here

i order blizzards and a chicken strip basket, the ice cream was okay but the chicken stripes were terrible i dont know if they weren't cooked all the way but they were disgusting... i was definitely disappointed. i wouldn't waste your money on food here.

Don't go inside, all they care about is drive through customers. My husbands blizzard sat in the window after she brought food out. He had to go ask about it. No ice in soda machine. Terrible customer service!
