Okay so this made my first time going in this place. first time I have seen this place around town, and I have been here for 3yrs. Me and My mom ordered a steak sub and a turkey sub. I agree too much MAYONNAISE. But how are you going to properly heat meat for a sandwich if you microwave it?? The sandwich was good but soggy from the tons of mayonnaise they out on it. The service was okay but could have been a little faster... The atmosphere was quiet. The place was empty for it being so popular... This was my first and last time to going to eat here... I will take my business elsewhere. And my closing comments on here is not the owner but the other lady that was in the which looks older then the own... which could possible be her momma... Is rude and looks grouchy. When we walked in there was no type of greeting or nothing...

Das Rookhas never disappoints me! They have the most delicious food there, mostly subs but they also offer party trays, catering, deviled eggs and more. I go here often but would go more often if I had the money

This used to be a great place to get subs but not anymore. I ordered a Dagwood (cold cuts) not toasted with extra mayo. They put the extra mayo on the bun, toasted the meats & then put the hot meat on the mayo which melted so it was a soggy mess. There was also shredded cheese on it that wasn't ordered. The lettuce is shredded too fine making it watery. The tomatoes are sliced paper thin. I guess to cut costs. The last few times I ordered from here have been a real disappointment.

Giving this place 3.5 stars. Not a bad sandwich shop for P-burg. Cheap, quick and easy makes it pretty hard to complain about much. The sandwich meat is good and is also smoked on-site. Since Third Street Deli closed this is the next best spot in town for subs.
