Rice undercooked, fajita from a frozen bag, beans. From a can, just not good Mexican food. I would say Taco Bell is more Mexican. Server was nice

Went in and knowbody would seat us. After we finally got seated after 10 minutes, we waited over twenty minutes in our booth and still know one came. So me and my family we're very disappointed of service and neglect we received.

This is not I repeat not Mexican food. Plain. No seasoning. No sizzling fajitas. Flat cut frozen chicken and vegetables not even cook all the way.

We have been faithful customers for many years, especially this past year during COVID when tried to support local. We were missing something from our Door Dash order. I called the store and was only told to call the delivery driver. I didn’t have a number so I called the restaurant back. She said she would handle getting through to them and call me back. 50 minutes later I went to the restaurant. This girl had an attitude from the minute I started speaking. Told me she didn’t have time to return my call. When I expressed my concerns to another manager, and possibly the owner, he was no better. Neither ever apologized or tried to make amends for me having to go there to retrieve my missing food. When I stated I would never eat there again, his response was whatever. I will not EVER eat here again. It’s a shame, because we have always loved the food. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

The layout inside is a nice surprise, the way it branches off in sections. The decorations throughout are nice, as are the mirrors on the walls. The hostess, waitress, and waiter were each friendly, and the waitress checked to make sure things were good, which they were. The cactus salad was large. Never having cactus before, I did not know what to expect. Was nice to have that opportunity for something new, and it was tasty. Because of the size, it should have been served on a larger plate. The quesadilla was large, very good, and could have used some more of the vegetables inside. The chips and salsa provided were absolutely perfect. A very nice dining experience. Would definitely go back. Thank you.

The pictures don't do justice to the portion sizes. Just about everything on the menu is large enough for two to share. The decor is open without being sparse. For those worried about germs, there's wall partitions between each booth.

This is a hometown favorite for sure! Its not your traditional Mexican restaurant but is a very pleasant mix! The El Presidente is my go to for sure smothered in their yellow queso!!!
