We usually support our local donut shop but we wanted more than donuts. Instead of going to McDonald's or BK we thought we'd see what Dunkin had for breakfast. It did not disappoint! Everything was good! Really big selection of food options too. We got a bunch of stuff to try. I even got a protein iced coffee. You'd never know it was protein. It tasted amazing! Gave us energy for a somewhat difficult 8 mile hike in the woods on and 19° morning. We will be back!

I ordered the same coffee every single day and then it started changing and tasted different every time I got it. I started ordering cookie butter latte (without the cloud) hot. I have had to argue with them every time because they tell me I can’t have it because they don’t make it hot. Worst customer service

Coffee was not fresh, like it was an old pot that was sitting for a while. The donuts 🍩 were stale and this was at 3:25 pm. People onside were very kind!

I bought a 25 pack of Munchkins and a Iced coffee and when we get to the window the guy gives me a bag of munchkins that only has 11 in it and my iced coffee had a bug in it and he definitely wasnt following hygene rules he was using his bare hands for everything. When I went in to get my replacement coffee they had went to take a smoke break instead of making it took them about 10 minutes to get back to the counter at which time I just asked for a refund.
These ladies that work in the morning, knew exactly what I needed. What a great decision to stop here!!

I just moved to town and I went through the drive thru and ordered some coffee to go home and unpack realized its the wrong coffee once we got home and called the store the manager was grilling me questions about how I got the number she didn’t acknowledge my issue or try to solve the problem I just wanted the right order but she was just worried how you get the number very unprofessional seeing that she is the main manager I highly recommend to pass this one up and go elsewhere

I'm NOT a morning person, yet I'm greeted with a happy energetic person. A smile on their face in their voice. You can hear it. My drinks are tasty and when new flavors come out I'm given suggestions that are delicious. The food is fresh and I'm always given options I didn't know existed. My favorite is the fresh baked croissants. When I pull up to the window or come in I'm greeted with a smile or enthusiasm. I am always told to have a great day in one way or another depending on who is there. I come in five times a week for work and my husband treats me on my days off. This store has a terrific team of employees. Five stars aren't enough. Great job! Ignore the negative posts. Some people just are ugly on the inside. Keep up the great work! See you all tomorrow. Maybe twice!
To the recent post about vaping smoke...it's been really cold. Maybe it was just the person talking into a cold environment. That woman has never complained when it's been cold. But you can definitely see her breath. Bet she sees yours too.
