They forgot my hash browns and then got an attitude with me because I sat there waiting until someone noticed me at the window. I had to park despite there being nobody in the drive thru and then they brought me smashed up hash browns.

Told the cashier when we order for extra Carmel in a Carmel latte when it was out it tasted like milk I asked for more and they stirred it and served it back to me then my girlfriend told the cashier two times what she ordered it was a hot pumpkin spice latte with extra pumpkin they served her a iced pumpkin latte we just left and won’t be spending money here again terrible paying attention skill and poor communication over all terrible experience.

I won’t recommend coming here, the staff always has a negative attitude and was very judgemental. They never have anything nice to say about people in general from what I overheard while waiting on my order, they were very short and monotoned, no uplifting words or spirits at all.
I understand being busy, but I don’t understand why someone would burn toast to the point of it being black, and then still serve it as if that’s a normal thing to do.
