If I could give 0 on everything I would. It was my birthday and my husband took me here for a mushroom Swiss burger. Fries were cold , Burgers were thoroughly cold . Bread was peeling apart. Cheese wasn't even melted. This was totally disgusting and his meal was the same. We went back to the restaraunt to tell the server and when he seen us he turned around and walked in the back. When my husband did get a hold of the server and tell him our issue he said I'm sorry we are almost closed and all our machines are shut down. I can't help you. So much for my birthday dinner. Through that stuff in the trash.

Guy that took order and was at window was rude. He acted like it was a huge bother for him to make my food. We waited 15min for fresh fries. The fries taste like they was old and put down in fryer again. The hamburgers are so hard they aren't edible. They look and taste like they was from yesterday. Will not be eating at this location again. Do better .

I have never been to worse place. Food wasn’t great but it was ok, very hard to enjoy bc of service. The manager there was extremely rude seem to get annoyed when I would ask a question. Maybe she was having a bad day, so was was I after that.

Total chaos best describes what went on here. I was only customer. Ordered a burger and shake. It took 13 minutes. After I ordered 10 people entered and ordered. 7 of them received their food before me. My burger sat under the waning light for 10 minutes. The manager ran around like a chicken with his head cut off. His craziness only made a bad situation worse. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I wouldn’t return.

This restaurant is absolutely the cleanest place I have ever seen. Even the bathroom was truly as clean as it were new. I usually don't do reviews but this was such a novelty in today's world I had to take the time.

Every one was so friendly and the food and menu is great .it reminded me so much like carls jr.in my childhood out in San Diego ca..in the 80s even the fries reminded of how good the fries were they were the best In the business ..I ate at a Hardee's couple years back and the fries s u c k e d ..they must of had complaints because they are so flippen good now.thank u Carl's jr and Hardee's big fan for life
Food was ok, fountain drinks were discussing, you lady that took our order at the counter acted like it was a bother to do her job!! Not going back any time soon!!

I ordered take out for my husband and myself and when I went into wait for my order some lady I don't know her name made me feel bad for ordering online she was like another take our order yay this is the second time I've had bad customer service here at this Hardee's actually with the same lady and they messed up my order I ordered two ranch wraps and they gave me honey mustard I didn't realize til I got home
