Food was ok, fountain drinks were discussing, you lady that took our order at the counter acted like it was a bother to do her job!! Not going back any time soon!!

I ordered take out for my husband and myself and when I went into wait for my order some lady I don't know her name made me feel bad for ordering online she was like another take our order yay this is the second time I've had bad customer service here at this Hardee's actually with the same lady and they messed up my order I ordered two ranch wraps and they gave me honey mustard I didn't realize til I got home

Love love love this Hardee's best one in town. I seen a comment about them not treating their employees well. So not true I'm in there 5 to 6 days a week. Always treating their employees with respect. Glad to see that cooker boy quit tho.

Absolutely terrible service. When you ask for something as simple as ketchup and they couldn’t even get that right. I might understand if they were busy, but there was nobody in the drive thru or in the store. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
