I see Kim and have for several years. She is a wonderful person and very good doctor (Nurse Praticioner). She takes time to listen and truly cares about her patients. She has helped me through many tough times and I don't know what I would do without her in my corner. She is a true blessing!

Kim is such a breath of fresh air in the storm cloud of navigating psychiatric care. Would recommend her to absolutely anyone!

Been going there for a while and they have excellent service, easy going people, and great methods. Certain insurances cause problems with some of the medication and services however, otherwise, it would 5 star.

I’ve had such a wonderful time being a patient here for the last 4 months. The staff is always very kind and will answer any questions you have. Brittany Ohse is wonderful and really listens to your concerns. The environment is also really nice and relaxing in the rooms. I’ve only had good experiences here and I’ve had a tremendous improvement in my mental health because of their care. I even suggested to my husband to start going here because I liked it so much so now he also sees someone too. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with medication management or a therapist!

Prepare to do their work for them. Had a ton of prescriptions put in incorrectly, front desk staff are not professional, and after a serious health issue side effect, they guilt tripped me for being insistent on getting help. Literally have had to argue with the front desk about my right as a patient to get my medical records as well as speak to a nurse.

New meds added almost every visit . Visits are only 20 min. Counselor visit was done in a vehicle while driving with kids in the vehicle. $100 fees were expected for cancelations . Great in the beginning now not do much . Family member over medicated.

Meh. My old counselor (Katie Dawson) sucks at her job. She has narcolepsy and fell asleep during many of our sessions. She should probably be fired if she hasn't already. She never adressed any of my concerns, and only repeated what my medication nurse was already doing. She would also rant and talk about herself. Also, when I would arrive for my appointment, she would smoke ciggarettes outside for 15-20 minutes during my appointment time. She pretends to care and seems to think she is good at her job, but isn't. I don't see her anymore for all of these reasons. In addition to this, more than a handful of times I had been waiting for an hour when I was supposed to be seen in a few minutes. Then someone who had a later appointment than me, was taken back first for a med-check. Aside from that, the front desk receptionist don't always have the most ideal attitudes. Much improvement is needed. I only continue to tolerate it for medication treatment since every other place nearby is somehow worse. Needless to say, Kim Writtenhouse is nice and her service dog is cute.

It’s a beautiful interior. The employees are a bit questionable, not the adult professionals, the kids working up front are on their mobile phones, scheduling mistakes are made frequently, not paying attention, sometimes rude. Years ago they were much better, I’m not sure what’s happened. You may find them to be just what you need. I wish you the best in search for good mental health care, but I would consider a second opinion before choosing.
