We had a baby shower for my sister and Southside Kroger was amazing. When I called to order the food, the lady was so helpful and recommended what to order and how much based off her personal experiences when she has thrown previous showers. When we went to pick up the food, they were so busy but worked so hard to hurry and get our order taken care of and the staff was so kind. Someone working there saw my 4 year old son and he asked if he could bring him a cookie while we waited. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you so much, you made everything so easy for us!

I have a suggestion regarding people with their own reusable bags (me) - my Kroger has a bag-your-own policy with reusable bags since the virus - let the bagger go to the customers cart and unload the customers groceries onto the conveyor while the customer bags their own food. The bagger isn't standing by feeling useless and the line will go much faster, with the customer feeling less rushed; since they aren't trying to load groceries onto the conveyor, bag them, pay for them, etc. while everyone stands there and watches. We are all in this together, let's work together!
