Here we go again.....after months of email about the ROTTEN FOOD they sold I received a coupon for $5.00, btw less than the amount of the ROTTEN FOOD. Anyway, when I tried to use the coupon they wouldn't take it because nobody knew how to process it. I used to love Kroger's but I won't shop where they sell ROTTEN FOOD and not fix it

I bought two bags of potatoes that were 50% rotten(literally, when I opened the bag the bottom was all rotten). When I called the store they were rude and outright hostile. I contacted corporate and they said that they would send a $5.00 coupon (for a $6.00 purchase??????). It never came. At this point this is a matter of principle. I will not shop at a place that sells ROTTEN FOOD.

I have a suggestion regarding people with their own reusable bags (me) - my Kroger has a bag-your-own policy with reusable bags since the virus - let the bagger go to the customers cart and unload the customers groceries onto the conveyor while the customer bags their own food. The bagger isn't standing by feeling useless and the line will go much faster, with the customer feeling less rushed; since they aren't trying to load groceries onto the conveyor, bag them, pay for them, etc. while everyone stands there and watches. We are all in this together, let's work together!

The only reason I still go to the dingy Kroger on Division Street is the pharmacy. The techs, as well as the pharmacists, are outstanding. Always friendly and courteous. The pharmacists are super knowledgeable. I feel for them that they have to work in this dated pharmacy, but don't be fooled they know what they do.

The South Parkersburg Kroger deli has friendly staff who are quick to serve you. The items they sell are fresh and comparably priced with other stores.

I love working as a cashier there always meeting new people and making new friends .I have lots of regulars and they know me .I have a lot people from across untied states come to krogers to do there shopping .My customers know me and make me smile and I love making them smile to .A smile goes a long way .
