After ordering the pizza online, we left 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready…without our pizza!! As did multiple others, who were told that they forgot to make their orders!! When people walked in, they were being told to go to the other location!

It’s NEVER hot and ready. NEVER!!! They are nice about it but who cares when you want to get it and go. Do better, keep them in the oven.

My pizza was half cooked and never put in the hot box was left on the counter so wasn’t even warm this is the first time that’s happened, definitely not a pretzel pizza doesn’t even taste like one either very disappointed!
Normally my wife goes in to pick it up but a worker saw her, and just walked away and when a person in the back making the pizzas noticed her asked if she had already ordered or was there for pick up and asked another worker where everyone was. Smoke break and just on break leaving one worker to cook and help out the people. That one cook deserves more than he gets.
