Yesterday around 5:30 p.m. I need a McDonald's pick up order for a Happy Meal for my daughter and cheeseburger for my wife I did the order through the McDonald's app and once I did the order the app gave me a code to pick it up at McDonald's when I got to McDonald's I wanted to drive through and stated to the representative I have a code and once I gave her the code she stated that she didn't have that code in the system however then after that I verified the code with her in the items that were purchased through the McDonald's at and she stated that that order was done by a customer name Michael in that order was canceled it was very random that she stated she didn't have the code at all but then the code was under another customer I could not get my order at that McDonald's location and I paid for that order so I made a new order and we bought the items that I bought on the last order then left the McDonald's then got a message on the McDonald's app that my order was being processed for the original order I tried contacting the McDonald's location and stated the situation they refuse to help me however though when I went back to the location the McDonald's app finally allowed me to pick up my original order I was extremely disappointed that the associates did not want to help me with my situation especially since the order was paid for I had a lot of negative encounters with this local McDonald's in the past but I had to make this notified from corporate.

Fast service got to try the chicken big mac. It was amazing. Love the play area for my kiddo friendly people love that they have the self order kiosk. Don't feel rushed.
