How about cleaning your stores and weeding out the terrible management you have representing your company brand for starters I have only seen terrible management which leads to neglect and employees that don't care
I don’t know what’s going on with the traffic circle at McDonald’s but I’ve been there twice in less than a month and they screwed up my order, food was cold, I told them clear as day I wanted the #7 meal which is the double cheeseburger meal and I got one cheeseburger that was cold and no fries. I also asked for the #5 meal which is the chicken nuggets meal and got nothing but that and no fries. Horrible management and horrible workers. The crew you guys currently have are terrible and you guys need to do better.

The employees here have some issues. Young ones will flip out for seemingly no reason. ( one kid has obvious undiagnosed or at least untreated psychological issues which cause him to lash out in concerning violent ways. Sprinkle a little paranoia on top about how people minding their business are out to get him. There is a lot of pot smoking occurring by or behind the dumpster here multiple times a day. Mostly from some of the 25 to 40 year old employees.
I usually have to go back inside to get whatever was missing or have a sandwich remade... I wonder why.
Pop machines need looked at. Soda doesn't taste right.
***TIP!*** For breakfast, order a sausage burrito and be sure to order it WITHOUT CHEESE. It's a MUCH better item when it's not being cheese-boarded by McDonald's employees like it owes them money.
If you have a convection oven at home buy a few extra, ( no cheese of course ), home with you. Unwrap one and using a sharp knife cut it open with a capital I incision being careful not to cut it all the way through. ( Leave the bottom of the tortilla wrap uncut. You're really just cutting in such a way as to be able to open up the sides of the tortilla. Looking a little like the top of a space shuttle when the payload doors are opened up. Try to make those freshly opened sides lay flat. If you can't don't worry, the heat that's coming up next will help them to lay down. Next part is up to your preference. I will sometimes use tin foil to help support the food and sometimes I will place them directly on top of the metal grate of the convection oven and the grate itself 60%-65% up from the bottom. Start baking by setting the temperature to around 300-350°F for a few minutes. Allowing them to warm up. After a total of 7 minutes plus or minus. ( Look and listen for sizzling pieces of sausage. )Finish up by cranking up the heat or switching to "Toast" mode. Please stay with the food from this point on. It's very easy for it to burn. ( Adjust as needed for best results. Which is a crispy golden brown tortilla with simmering sausage. The tortilla should be able to support the filling as you eat without sagging. If you burn it then you are cooking too hot and fast. ) Usually 10 to 15 minutes cooking is right but the length depends on your convection oven.
Spread your Picanté sauce over the creation in front of you and enjoy.
It tastes completely different and IMHO is just amazing. Experiment to get things just right. ENJOY!

Do not bother ordering a large drink. They don't fill them up all the way. Got a latte this morning, the cup has 2.5 inches of space to the top. It's a medium in a large cup and I paid for the large.

Had to wait for food in drive thru, asked me to park so they could bring it out to me. Two more cars were parked after me. I had to wait for my food till the server came out with all three cars orders. My fries were soggy.
