Only giving one star because I had to. On 6/10 I called 15 minutes prior to close and was placed on hold for an extended period. So I drove to traffic circle. It was 9:55 so I walked in and the guy told me they were closed. I said you can’t fix breadsticks and cheese. He said my oven isn’t heated up. So you close at 9:30 then? 9:45? What it is? I called the call center again and this time the woman picked up only to tell me they were closed. I said it’s 9:58. Explained tRhe door was open and I walked in at 9:55. She said they would t have time to make it and actually hung up on me while I was responding. Wtf???? I used to work for Napolis 30 years ago. Service is terrible now. Btw online says they’re open til 11p.

First time eating here today. Stopped by on a weekend trip to Parkersburg. We stopped in and ordered to go. All employees were friendly and very helpful. Food was received quickly, and everything tasted great. Would definitely consider ordering again whenever we are back in this area.

Hour waits are the normal these days sometimes 1.5 hours! So as predicted the foods always cold.So ridiculous. Been eating Napoli's for over 45 years but this is the point I stop waiting time and money.

So their website says giant 8 topping pizza for 18.99. We ordered online and the store called us from that order to get card info but the price was over $30. The submental woman who said she was a supervisor said that that must've been a fake website.... but we placed the order on that site and you called us from that order placed on that 'fake' site. Attempted to cancel the order 3 minutes after it was placed but was told it couldn't be canceled after it was placed, so i told them what i thought of them and that it would be disputed with the credit card company so they wouldn't get paid either way.Pathetic how poor customer service has gotten at napolis.Was in town for a family get together and wanted a napolis pizza but i would never order from them again.Worthless fuktards
